I went to Burger King today and tried to use my e-gift card, but because they are upgrading their system I was not able to key in the information from the e-gift card. I asked for help and Veronica, the GM, was very nice and with her assistance I was able to place my order through the app and use the card so I was a happy customer! We need more people like you, Veronica, in the service industry so I hope Burger King appreciate all that you do for your customers!

I spent a lot of money at Burger King not talking about the sales price. I just bought tonight for like each of us around $50-$48 it was four It’s not the same that it was before. It was one manager by the name of Christian that no me that knows that I buy a lot because I buy for my whole team have a business around there it’s right by Shorty by Dadeland, the Burger King is right next to Trader Joe’s so insulted try to contact Burger King customer service and they will even answer me. I just stopped by there but tonight I bought there again today and that was very upset just for sauce they didn’t wanna give me they only gave me two sauces, and they said they had no more so I had a lot of things I bought. I was just asking for four sauces, come to this now will not return there Burger King right by playland mall US one address is 9201 South Dixie Highway Miami horrible place very upset. .
02/01/2024 Ever since they put on that new GM this place is horrible. I would come here almost on a daily basis and never had any issues with the former crew. That lady can’t get anything right. I have to repeat my order several times and I still get my food wrong. I ask her for hot coffee and she gives ice cold coffee, that in reality is more creamer than actual coffee because she can’t even get that right. This lady has absolutely ruined this Burger King, I wish I knew her name so I could put it in this review. She always has a horrible attitude and if she ask her sauce or something, more than likely she’ll just tell you they don’t have any. Horrible horrible horrible service from this lady that’s supposed to be a GM!

I met one of the nicest persons ever at Burger King her name is KAY, the company was out of the item I was supposed to receive, I was a lil upset and was going to call corporate, but KAY changed that and a accommodated me, she made my day better with her sweet attitude, if you get to see this message thank you KAY??❤️ Burger King is Located 9201 S Dixie hwy, Miami, Florida 33156.
You go to buy breakfast and you order some French toast and they don't add syrup, I don't understand how you give French toast without syrup, it always happens, you order sweet coffee and they give you bitter. One week they charge you in the second window and the next day they send you to the first window to pay because according to them they do not charge in the second window. Horrible and the store is empty and they still make countless mistakes.
