This place is a DUMP! I travel for work and eat out approx 80-100 days a year and this is by far the dirtiest, nastiest place i have been in years. Condensate from AC system vents dripping rusty water on your cloths while waiting in line to order, which would explain the strong smell of mold while ordering. Ceiling tiles brown and water damaged. Food and condiments all over the floor, looks like floor got washed the last time when the building was built. No Coke, no pies, no ice cream. Soda machine broken. How can you run out of coke??? Workers look like they couldn't go any slower. Never will I ever return here again. They deserve negative stars. Absolute disgrace to the BK name. I will be forwarding this review to corporate BK.

I came to make a big order for the office, im Working at the hospitality business I came to the window and the ladie being rude and say ( you don't see the cone, we don't take order on the window just inside ) I don't see that because the water took the cone down. I tell Her I can go inside but don't be that rude; “no is what you say is the way how you say it” she say she is the manager and I'm not that special And close the window ! I just want let you know becauae is sad how a employe can make a bAd experience dinner

Worst customer service EVERRR!When I arrived to the location they requested for me to go inside. I proceed to inform the person I choose to get the order through drive thru and I've been to other locations where I was able to get the order through the drive thru. She proceeded to tell me the order wasn't ready I said ok I will wait no problem. She then told me to cancel my order. I said ma'am I can't do that you've already taken the money out of my account. As I was searching in Google for the telephone number and reading the reviews she then proceeded to tell me to drive thru. As my daughters and I were eating we found a hair in a fry the fries were cooked in dirty oil, the taste of the burger itself was under cooked and pink. It sucks this use to be a really good BK back in the 2000s with really good fresh food.

0rderd my food card was declined so I paid cash only had a hundred dollar bill gave it to the cashier started eating the food cashier came back with manager in tow she told him take the food back 4:00pm they should've had change by.then explain I started eating already by this time I had finish the fries and was just opening the burger she still demanding the burger without looking said she wasn't breaking a hundred dollar bill for eight dollars as a burger king lover I'll find another hangout ??

The employees didn’t greet me they didn’t acknowledge me I stood there for about 16 min all 4 employees were too busy chatting and with the drive thru. Very unprofessional. This ruined my day. I was looking forward to my lunch break and I had to go back to work without eating. I only get half hour break 5 of those were me getting there and 15 min just wasted there trying to place an order.

They never have 70% of the menu. Always closed whenever they want to. I live one block away from it and the opening hours never match to the location. They open and close whenever they feel like. Don't honor the coupons, they just say they don't have it. Terrible location.

I have never in my life seen more disrespectful and disgusting employees. The lack of real communication is revolting. I had to stop here because im staying near by. An just wanted a burger. At the time we walk in no menu was loaded on to the screens. Which I was fine with. Yet come to find out they had no burgers as that is the only thing I could hear (repeatedly) They had basic chicken sandwiches and fry's Frozen coke and Diet Coke were the only options. How this place is closed is a huge surprise. I suggest if you are in the area just pass by and don't stop. 100 % regret ever stopping here.

The hours posted on the door says open until 12 Midnight. I've been there twice around 9:30 p.m. (including last night) and the doors are locked and the staff on the inside just mean mugs us as we pull on the door trying to get in. Honoring the hours posted on your door is as basic of a business concept as it gets.

On the menu they have coffee .. when we got there they said only fountain drinks . We arrived at 8 pm and they close at 10! It is their job to make coffee . They were to lazy to make coffee. Our nuggets were not fresh they were so old there wasn't any chicken in the nuggets. Please hold higher expectations for employees.
