Visited this location 9/6 around 10 pm the gentleman taking the orders seemed very hostile in taking my order in drive thru seemed like a real bad attitude problem this is why you people hire anybody obviously he doesn't like his job. I waited almost 15 minutes for my order I will definitely never visit this location anymore. You really need to hire people with good customer service and the manager on duty was right there with headsets on so I know she heard is poor customer service.

This Burger King is rubbish, they have the bathroom locked and they tell you that it is broken, the soda machines are full of dirt, the floor is also full and the parking lot is full of homeless people.

I came inside one day looking for a job. Walk through the doors asked if I can get a job was told there going through inspection I have to wait until next week. I came back and was told there going through inspection this whole month. I use to work for burger king in 5 different locations before moving down here, that's not how inspection works I use to be a manager myself

I arrived to this Burger King location after a long work day. I went through drive through. I ordered a double impossible whopper/cheese with large onion rings and a bottle of water. I had to repeat my order to the server 4 TIMES!!! Seems as though he was preoccupied. When I arrived to the window to pay he didn’t repeat my order. I might have been charged less than what I was supposed to have paid which was in my favor I suppose. When I gave him my payment method he was looking away and didn’t even focus on what he was doing. Once i paid he gave me a small soft drink which wasn’t even what I ordered ??‍♀️. I asked him, “what did I order?” he seemed confused. The drive through personal then asked what I ordered AFTER I paid. Then another worker walked up behind him whom I presumed was the manager he had a bag containing my order and then repeated my order back to me, as though he knew that things were obviously off. Once my order was given to me I asked for some ketchup and he the handed me he ketchup without actually handing me the ketchup if that makes since??‍♀️. He didn’t wish me a good day nor did he welcome me for coming. I’d say that my service was very poor. I don’t want to come there if I’m treated this way.

I'm not sure if they've changed staff or what but this is no longer my best BK to go to..lately our orders have been wrong which makes no sense, because our orders are simple..smh..We went yesterday (drive thru) & my impossible whopper should've came with only mayo & pickles and they gave me a plain impossible whopper that they removed everything from instead of making me a fresh burger..Riculous! Then my daughter's burger should've came with only onions & mustard and they gave her pickles & ketchup ??‍♀️ Bad service.
