I arrived to this Burger King location after a long work day. I went through drive through. I ordered a double impossible whopper/cheese with large onion rings and a bottle of water. I had to repeat my order to the server 4 TIMES!!! Seems as though he was preoccupied. When I arrived to the window to pay he didn’t repeat my order. I might have been charged less than what I was supposed to have paid which was in my favor I suppose. When I gave him my payment method he was looking away and didn’t even focus on what he was doing. Once i paid he gave me a small soft drink which wasn’t even what I ordered ??♀️. I asked him, “what did I order?” he seemed confused. The drive through personal then asked what I ordered AFTER I paid. Then another worker walked up behind him whom I presumed was the manager he had a bag containing my order and then repeated my order back to me, as though he knew that things were obviously off. Once my order was given to me I asked for some ketchup and he the handed me he ketchup without actually handing me the ketchup if that makes since??♀️. He didn’t wish me a good day nor did he welcome me for coming. I’d say that my service was very poor. I don’t want to come there if I’m treated this way.
Passed by at 12:11AM and the guy said they’re closed. Whom ever is working here is making money doing nothing.

I'm not sure if they've changed staff or what but this is no longer my best BK to go to..lately our orders have been wrong which makes no sense, because our orders are simple..smh..We went yesterday (drive thru) & my impossible whopper should've came with only mayo & pickles and they gave me a plain impossible whopper that they removed everything from instead of making me a fresh burger..Riculous! Then my daughter's burger should've came with only onions & mustard and they gave her pickles & ketchup ??♀️ Bad service.

Came to this BURGER KING location went inside to use the restroom and there were no toilet paper in the bathroom. I notified manager, he told me they have any toilet paper. Didn’t apologize or anything looked at me as if I was bothering him when I had to ask for napkins to use the bathroom.

Please shut this location down . It's crazy u wait at thr area to order for like 5 to 7 mins then they get ur order and u have to wait at the window for 10 to 15 mins . Like come on what kind of business are u guys running..
