Passed me my food then slammed the window in my face right after, I needed some barbecue sauce which I prior asked for and had an attitude very rude and also didn’t want to serve any ice cream or milk shakes was a tall young men with a pimple on his lip at the window very rude !!!

Slow, very slow. The food was cold! This crap food is expensive. I payed $ 7.27 for a whopper Jr. and a small drink. A freaking cluster of Dungeness crab is $10. This is crazy. No more burger king for me!

This burger king was on point. not only did they use two of my coupons they were also incredibly attentive and polite. their customer service was great tonight. the food was also SUPER fresh. this is the first fast food restaurant that we actually get fresh fries. Not sure if they are just having a good night or they have changed staff from the previous reviews but our visit tonight was outstanding Great job Burger king

Lets start with the food, it upset my stomach, the nuggets were old.next The manager witch was also the cashier was very rude. Atmosphere there was people that are always there same persons everytime I go just sitting in the same corner with no food. Definitely would not visit this burger king again, tables were dirty . Very simple things that are not being met cause of bad management

Very poor service ?. The drive through cashier wasn’t attentive at all and wasn’t nice or worried about how he was issuing the food. Maybe he had a bad day ??♀️. I hope that when I go there again he’s not in the drive through window. If so I’ll drive away honestly.
Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper was good, onion rings, were not as hot as I expected.

New staff is friendly and attentive plus store has been remodeled which gives more of a café style restaurant. Manager was pleasant and the new staff is quite an improvement from the old staff from years ago. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Went for a burger with a coupon and guess what, I always redeem my coupon without needing to have it physically. They didn’t want to give me my order because I didn’t have it there with me and I had a picture that I showed them. Horrible customer service just trynna rush me out of the line!
