I asked multiple times please make my Jr Whopper extra hot because who the hell likes cold or just room temperature meat this is a health hazard and Burger King needs to correct it temperature on hot to serve meat or anything for that matter legally should be 141 Fahrenheit and this by no measure is even close is a health risk don’t eat burgers that are not maintained to the health code standers they are there for a reason and Burger King obviously doesn’t not care about anyone’s health.
This place opens at 6 AM. My plan for the morning is getting breakfast at Burger King. Fine. I show up at 6:23 AM and I see the employees standing outside just getting ready to open up the place. The automated drive-thru voice comes on and asks me for my order, I inform them that I ordered through the app, and then a girl comes out of the back door and makes the not open hand gesture at me and coldly remarks “Not yet.” This is not service quality, this is not the Miami I grew up in. When I need to be at work at 8 AM and these people don’t follow their opening hours, they jeopardize me. I placed an order on the app. I’m stuck here, Burger King already has my money. It is 6:30 as I send this review and I have yet to be attended at the drive-thru window.
One word to define this place: HORRIBLE! one person only for the front orders. Hundred orders and the poor woman by herself. Then I realized she’s not only serving the orders inside the restaurants but the drive thru as well. Can you hire more people? Been waiting for 20 min and nothing. Everybody upset for the long waiting. And drive thru long line and people complaining as well. Please hire more employees you guys are way too slow.
Horrible place, people working night shift has no customer service whatsoever, you ask for something and the girl start laughing out of nowhere, when paying keeps laughing in your face takes a while when no one is at the restaurant.
Would not recommend this place at all. No wonder is so empty all the time.
I wish I had the owners info to let them know what kind of people they are hiring.

I have been visiting this place for years but a couple of weeks ago it has improved the service and quality incredibly since its always clean and fresh to sit down for a while and spend a good time but also the service is really nice now it seems they finally understood what costumer service is about. I am so happy for them and of course for me since burger king is my favorite place to eat hamburgers. Good job
The staff is too hostile and rude. Customer service is definitely off the charts.
Ordered the shroom melt, 1st time I ever had it... wow, service is always good, the food is a different story, I don't know what the owners are making these people do, but it's not working in their favor... honestly, if it wasn't so close and the people were worse , I'd be done... I keep thinking it's gonna change, I know after visiting this place over 2 years, it's not, which I'm sure explains the turnover of employees. It's time to start using a different location...
Burger Kings everywhere are lacking, and adding the kiosks to order instead of getting it from a live person is a bad idea. I have gone there 3 times in the past month, and all three times, I have been told that the frozen coke is broken, no BBQ sauce, no Zesty sauce for the onion rings, and no cheesy tots. The guy doesn't mention it to you until you drive up to the window to pay.if you don't have so.ething, then say it when the customer is ordering. Food is sometimes lack luster. The McDonald's next door is always packed while this BK is usually empty.
The food took a long time to come out around 10 minutes. The person coordinating the food was distracting the cook talking about personal things. Later when I receive the food I see that the eggs are as thin as paper. I should have returned it but I didn't. I will never go to this Burger King again.

They seemed to have issues with AI at the drive through and are short staffed at times, so I had to wait to talk to someone who still messed up my order !
I had asked for a single sandwich and got the whole meal.
When I realized THEIR mistake, it was too late :(
On top of that, their phone number on the receipt is the one for a Burger King in Alabama !
I don't know what's happening in there...

Rude manager, told me to wait for his in person customers to be given their food before he can start on my uber order. Had me waiting then said they wait until the driver arrives to cook. Yet never started on my uber order until after he finished everyone else.
