The old lady that works here in the morning is crazy, she’ll just get mad at you and start screaming at you, and then get mad at you when you have to correct her for messing up the order

Did not give me the correct amount of change gave me everything in quarters said the sensor was not working because my car was big. I was waiting for a long time outside. Very unprofessional. Even the way she handed me the bag.

Whopper always cold like they took the veggies out the fridge and my whooper jr was cold except the buns the fries was super hot that’s all I could eat wasted money I remember ordering a breakfast sandwich and instead of a sausage they gave me the hamburger meat 2x like no one’s gonna know…best to cook at home I guess!

Ordering at the drive thru is impossible. The lady only speaks Spanish. She couldn’t even tell me my total when I was paying. When I thanked her for the food and told her to have a great day she just slammed the windows in my face. Very poor customer service. Please hire bilingual employees and people with kinder attitudes!
Experience was a disaster, ordered 4 double cheeseburgers (no bun) waited forever to order and even longer in drive thru to get to window. I was given one double cheeseburger. I asked for my money back and manger said she would fix this. I waited and she brought me two double cheeseburgers. terrible serviceDietary restrictions: can't deliver what was ordered.

Went to pick up 2 wipers as soon as the broiler they opened the door and put in the Burger when I got home the burgers were ice cold I live one block away it's not have it your way it's their way

Horrible service, I called them after they delivered the wrong food , talk to them was impossible, I called 20 times and nobody responded the phone , besides no paying attention when they do the order and packed the wrong food , you have they a chance to correct it, but nobody picked up the phone , for sure never will buy from this BK again. Shame on the manager that don’t even care about the clients .Seems to me that even corporate doesn’t care , they never responded to my complaint…Shame on Burger King

4 times over 2 weeks I’ve stopped on the way home to get my kids an icee. Each time I get the same answer, “No frozen coke. Anything else?” Why have it on the menu at this point. Their service is never great but now they just don’t have things they don’t want to make.
