Today I had a terrible experience... because the employee at the counter was extremely inattentive, she was checking Instagram on her phone, I asked her several times to serve me and the third time she told me while she was removing a monkey from her nose to wait for me. I’m not sure who was the manager in charge, but she/he clearly does not know how to run a business much less be on top of his/her employees. 10:30am, fast food is supposed to be fast food, on my way to my sons baseball game to have to grab some bring quick to go. On the drive thru line for 30 minutes, drive up to the window to finally get my meal and they are “making it”. Waited another 14 minutes at the window for a simple hamburger. 3 teenage employees laughing and talking and slow as hell without a care in the world. It’s such a damn shame you cannot get great attention anywhere you go nowadays. Terrible service, terrible location and it honestly should not be considered fast food anymore. Felt like I was at a restaurant sitting down ordering. Disappointed.

As someone who’s eaten at Burger King and countless other fast-food spots, I can honestly say I’ve never had such a positive experience as I have at this location, specifically thanks to Phyllis! Her hard work and enthusiasm truly deserve recognition. She’s the reason I choose BK for my lunch break almost every day. Thank you, Phyllis, for being so sweet and caring to every customer. We could all stand to be a little more like you! Not only do I leave satisfied with my meal, but also inspired by your joy and kindness.

best bk in miami! every time i visit, they’ve gotten my order correct and the food has always been hot and fresh. the ratio of the condiments are well balanced too. this bk has definitely improved over the years. great staff.

The overall 5 stars should go directly to Phyllis. She was hands down the best part of my day! I’ve never met anyone kinder than her, it legitimately made me glad I picked this specific BK instead of one by my house. She should be the prime example to not only all restaurant workers, but people in general. Thank you Phyllis for caring. ❤️

Bad service I order whooper Jr large onions rings, coke ,cookie ,and sundae. Through Grub hub and my drink didn't come everything was cold. Last time I'm ordering from this Burger
The drive-thru is never open during the hours it says it would be. At 7 AM, there was no one attending. This is very inconvenient.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. The lady at the drive thru named Phylis was extremely pleasent and had exceptional customer service. The kind of service you just do not find anymore. I don't know who hired her but lets try to keep her around, she is wonderful.
