I wish I could give 0 stars. This place service cannot be worse. Bad customer service, bad attitude, wait time is too long, I have not been to this place that I can say I had good experience. Never again.

The service is terrible. They ignore you and make you stand for what seems like an hour before they even acknowledge you. The kid at the register doesn't speak English so he can barely understand your order. And when I asked the nearest employee (this tall, slim Latina young woman with a long ponytail who's wearing a black shirt) for help, she acted like I was invisible. Then, they give you cold food. I am never going there again.

Honestly, a huge compliment, round of applause to all the employees during the day shift. Making me actually favor a fast food restaurant chain let alone a specific location. During lunch My order always comes out fresh/hot food and when it gets busy, long line of customers they all handle it well! Hopefully the manager and the entire crew get the recognition they deserve

Was asked 3 time what we wanted then cut off by employee on drive thru to do whatever 14 min once paid at drive through waiting g for.my order and ever though I asked for a wiper with cheese I came cheese less. This crew is inept by far. Dont waste your time this location never disappoints on the overwhelming incompetence
The drivethru lady has the sweetest voice over the speakers and the coolest attitude . Very professional and friendly .

Horrible service. The female āmanagerā there seems like a terrible leader to the young employees.
I arrived at Burger King; the drive-thru was closed, so I went inside. No one was at the register for some time so I had to use the self-service device to order. The computer prints my receipt, no ink = blank receipt.
Then I was paying in cash, so I ended up having to pay at the register anyway. Honestly, I feel like I could have gotten away without paying because it was such a disaster in there. Everyone is running around like a chicken without a head. The manager was not paying attention to the workers who needed assistance.
Anyway, I go to pay and then the kid says he doesn't have singles. He tried to get the manager's attention, but she was in her own world passing out orders. The poor kids look so lost and miserable.
Another employee mentioned that he hated this job and is planning to quit. I told him, āI can tellā.
Then, I go to get my drink. No ice in the machine. Now I have to bother the chickens again. They get me some ice. I come back for my food when they call me, and stuff is missing. Mind you, this is coming from the manager who is navigating/supervising this last step of checking and passing out the orders.
Fast food? I think not. I was there probably a minimum of 15-20 minutes. And it wasn't even a good atmosphere at least. The place was a mess and like I said things were not being maintained and refilled etc. Very inconvenient.
Won't be coming here anymore unless I absolutely have to.

I went through the drive-thru and they were having problems with their computers. They were also training people. The wait was longer than usual but the staff was very nice. They made an error in the order by giving me chicken sandwich instead of a jr. Whopper, but I didn't notice it till I was already home. The food was hot, but. The chicken sandwich was rather dry.

Came down here to eat with the family only to hear a loud sigh from an employee after asking for napkins.
No manager on site to manage what appears to be a very young uneducated group of individuals.

I honestly wish all fast food staff was as good as some of the team at this location. Iāve never written a review but man do they deserve one. Troy and Phyllis are truly amazing.
