Worst service burger king. Don't understand English At the drive thru always tells you give me a second. Turns into 5 mins with no one there.

Everything about this restaurant is disappointing I honestly don’t understand how they’re still open. The food is consistently terrible, and they almost never have what you order. The place looks unkempt both inside and outside, which makes it feel unsanitary. To make matters worse, this time I found hair fried into the chicken nuggets.

I suggest that you guys hire a manager. There is only one lady at the front, she gets very stressed and ends up being agressive with customers and having a bad attitude. They gave me my 3 burger whopper with only 2 and when i asked them to put the third one they put one with a missing piece. I came back to ask for some cones they made me wait for 15 minutes for 2 cones.
Maybe the lady Olga is the manager, if she is, she should t be working at the reception. Hope you can solve your problems and become a successful bussiness.
I have thought a lot to give this opinion because I know that the teenagers who work in this place is probably their first job since they are very young, but it has happened to me on several occasions that I get home with the order incomplete; it is worth mentioning that it happens to me when I go through the drive thru. Many times I spend in the few minutes that I have to buy something to eat my family and I because I must continue working and when I got home I have missed a sandwich; therefore I have had to stay without lunch more than once; because i don’t have time to return. Please; be very careful because on top of that those that I miss are not cheap at all; and the one who goes for the drive thru is because he does not have time to enter and sit down to eat. You have to respect each person's money and if they are not capable it is to perform This job you can look for another option. I'm very sorry but it has happened to me several times and they must improve.They often says they don’t have barbecue sauce😩.
This Burger King is absolutely horrible. It should’ve been closed down years ago. Doesn’t get any better, Corporate Should make a couple surprise visits through drive-through and lobby and see how horrible this is. I’m sure their sales are on the gutter compared to the one on 167 and Kendall.

I suggest that so that the business doesn't have problems in the future, they review it carefully and change whoever they need to change because they made fun of the order, not to my face, but they looked at the order on the screen and laughed, and it seems they gave my order without priority because I was standing for approximately 30 minutes and they didn't even ask me what I had ordered.

This Burger King is horrible. No one understands English, and gets aggressive. I told them I wanted cheese on my sandwich twice and the guy repeated order and said cheese too. I asked at the window to confirm they put cheese and he has the audacity to tell me I didn’t ask for cheese. Um hello, you just repeated me the order and now saying I didn’t ask for cheese. Super rude , took forever to receive food. Food has a random number on it. What type of fast food restaurant writes on the food wrapper and then gives it to the customer ? McDonald’s nor Wendy’s would ever do this. Burger King do better.

You can count on this location to be subpar every time. Not sure who the hiring manager is here but they hire some real gems! Only my last experience: I arrive at the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, they greet me, I told them I had a mobile order for (my name) and they said to wait. We'll meanwhile a line is forming behind me and they just leave me there. If it wasn't because after a few minutes I again called their attention to the line that was forming that they decided to let me proceed to pick up my order. This same location once literally asked me if I wanted the ice cream cone melted in a cup because it supposedly wasn't working until a lady came and guess what it was working after all

Went to the drive through. I was the only one online someone just left right before me. And I took them 10 minutes to just take my order. The person taking my order did not understand one lick of English. I had to translate my order into Spanish. For them so they could understand exactly what I wanted. I finally get to the window to pay and I took them another 10 minutes just to take my card and charge it. I wanted to add something else, but the miscommunication was unbearable. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my complete order. And when they finally gave me my order They did not communicate to each other that no one gave me my drinks. This has been the slowest burger king drive through.I have been to in my whole entire life

The people working there took over an hour to fill my order of one small cheese burger the size of half my fist and an impossible whopper with medium fries and a drink. There were about 15 people waiting patiently for up to 49 minutes with very little update on there order the employees seemed only focused on serving the people in the line for the drive thru and they seemed under staffed. They also clearly saw the line of people losing patience and took longer with every question asked. I guess that’s what I get for going to Burger King on Friday the thirteenth 😡🤬😠
They always forget something they've charged you for already, have a nasty attitude, and stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Half of the staff can't even speak English and this is coming from a Latino writing this review.
Literally spent my whole break from work waiting for a burger. Would rather go to the 20 min away McDonalds next time lol
