Today 10/17/24 in the morning I ordered a burrito, the lady who works in the kitchen is extremely dismissive, unprofessional and unethical, she was upset because she had to prepare my food, please, lady, if you are upset, why do you have to? do a lot of things in her work shift and she doesn't have anyone's help why they have her working alone in the kitchen just look for another job, but don't spoil the breakfast for the customers who are the ones who pay your salary, I canceled my order and I asked for my money back because I felt very bad about the bad attitude of this worker, I ask the attention of the managers of this store regarding this unpleasant incident, I ask you to please do not try to contact me, do not waste your time, Use the time you are going to spend contacting me to analyze why they have such bad ratings from the public that goes to your store to consume

Not happy with my experience. Once in a while I go buy food for a big family, $100 worth of BK!l( crazy I know ) and the people are so rude because it’s a big order?? They get upset that they missed items and I bring it to their attention. They see it’s one person picking up, why can’t they serve the drinks for me? I’m not dining in. I refuse to go through drive thru because again someway some how they mess up the order and I’m back in the dining area. Recommendation for leadership is to have an efficient process for large orders

Had to pull up to the front to wait for my food. Not busy at all. Waited for 20 minutes for my food, no exaggeration to then get a bag with missing items, while the 3 employees were just talking up a storm as if they weren’t doing a job. Not the first time either

Terrible service... I asked for a frozen one at the kiosk but when I went to pick it up they gave me another flavor saying that they didn't have the one I bought at the kiosk, that that's how it is and that I should better buy it by the box and not by the kiosk so I don't understand why they put the kiosk at the end they gave me buts because maybe change the drink and they told me I can't and I'm and the other thing and I told them I'm going to pay the difference and change the drink and don't let them give me what they wanted: terrible service and attention from the manager

I’m not one to make an issue especially when it comes to fast food. But when you pay for something you expect to get what you paid for. I went to pickup food during my lunch break at work. When I get to work I realize I received 8 instead of 16 chicken nuggets and 6 mozzarella fries instead of 12 and my burger was missing a patty. I cannot leave my job once my work break is over. The woman at the window was in a hurry and wouldn’t even let me look at my order to insure everything was there. The location closes at midnight, the same time my shift ends meaning they kept my money. Don’t waste your time, clearly the workers here see fulfilling an order as a waste of time so why bother ??♀️I will mention this location is very clean.

It's been quite a while since being in a Burger King however I was in the area taking care of business and decided to try their new $5 happy meal. I got chicken nuggets, fries, bacon cheese burger and small drink. I was actually pleasantly surprised that although portions appear smaller they were actually ample for a lunch and the overall quality of the food was much better than expected. Keep in mind though that this was no steakhouse quality burger. Ample is the word and price was right.

Bad service, rude manager, a purchase of 40 dollars or ketchup for the potatoes, the girl who works there was saying bad words and they were laughing at my family.
Every time I order on the app, they always get my order right. They also have crowns on every table, so I just ironically put one on every time I eat inside. Place is always clean and they make the food fast.
Parking: Lots of parking, my favorite spot is never taken.
