This location needs new staff and properly managed ASAP. They’re were no napkins, restrooms was locked, and employees NOT wearing gloves while bagging food !!!

This is a well run Burger King. These days I rarely eat BK but I really enjoyed this experience. I ordered on the kiosk and I waited less than 10 minutes. The restaurant was very clean and my brief interaction with the staff was pleasant.

Ordered a Fully Loaded Croissan’wich and received it without the black Forrest ham, unfortunately. Very disappointing, as I was looking forward to trying something new on the menu this time. It tasted good though. 🤷♀️ Restroom doors stay locked! Employee said that if it’s locked, then that means someone is in there. Nobody responded. So the restroom is unavailable.

Came in at 3:50 AM to get some food and they’re saying that their system is down it says this place is online for 24 hours. The workers were literally not doing anything just sitting there and said that they can’t take my order and I have to just order it online and DoorDash. I tried to order on DoorDash for pick up, but it wouldn’t let me horrible customer service and complete waste of time. Why do they have workers at 4 AM if all of their systems are down doesn’t make sense.

I went and stopped by this Burger King today to get something for my mom I did go to the kiosk and then explain to the lady up front that the keys doesn't do certain options for you like Friss no salt so I spoke to Crystal which is the young lady out front packing the orders I explained to her what happened she explained to the ship manager which was making the sandwiches there is no need for that all you do is listen to your staff and move forward I would like the general manager to respond back to me so that way we can discuss what had happened crystal is one of your best team members that you have working at that location have a good day
