Today Nov, 13, 2025 I had the worst experience in BK, it’s my favorite fast food brand. But today, I’m so disappointed. Usually I get 3 for $7 deal on the drive through and I love it.
But today I ordered something different, I decided to go inside the store and order with my wife to order for us and my mom that is working until late.
I ordered the Rodeo combo like you can see on the picture, since I’m not familiar with it, I asked 2 times the cashier, what’s inside? Sauce etc
He told me: onions ring, cheese and bbq sauce.
I told him, ok, I wanna try that. So when I got it, no cheese, no onion rings, single patty. Totally different of what was on the screen. So disappointed.
I complained, because I thought it was wrong, because 2 weeks ago on the drive someone gave me the wrong order without cheese for a bacon cheese burger.
He didn’t offer a solution, pay the difference or let me add the onion rings, cheese etc.
Unqualified employees for the prime location of Miami, in Coconut Grove.
I hope a manager or someone can do better things in this location.

The last several times ive gone late at night, the people at the drive through tell me that their system is down. Multiple nights spread throughout a week, 2 hours before closing....

3 times I've visited this place, not gonna bother anyone. Every time I wait at the register waiting for service even for pickup while my food is sitting there ready and employees talking to each other. Last pickup order I waited 10 minutes while my food was ready for them to hand it to me. Today I was waiting at the counter to place my order, another person walks up, gets his food handed to him and then the employee takes his order before me even tho I was waiting, so I just left

I just want to compliment the place and the staff. It is the cleanest Burger King I’ve ever been, and the food is very fresh. Like in the old days. The staff was nice and friendly

It's 1:30 a.m. at dawn on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and the black woman serving at the window refused to serve me because she was Latino and did not speak English well. That's called discrimination.
I just ordered a number 6 and I asked for it to not have sauce (meaning royal or mayonnaise or whatever), when they gave it to me it obviously had sauce, I went back and told the guy, who even remembered me because it had only been seconds ago, that The bread had sauce, he picked it up and explained to the kitchen lady that the bread was without sauce, she began to complain that that was royal sauce, and literally began to say: but imagine, that is royal sauce, without understanding that the client who is the one who pays has the right to choose what he wants or does not want his meal. From the counter I had to tell the lady: but I don't want it with sauce!!! And I ended up leaving and losing my money and my food, who knows if I spit out the new bread I was already preparing, because with such an attitude anything is possible!!!
