I just ordered a number 6 and I asked for it to not have sauce (meaning royal or mayonnaise or whatever), when they gave it to me it obviously had sauce, I went back and told the guy, who even remembered me because it had only been seconds ago, that The bread had sauce, he picked it up and explained to the kitchen lady that the bread was without sauce, she began to complain that that was royal sauce, and literally began to say: but imagine, that is royal sauce, without understanding that the client who is the one who pays has the right to choose what he wants or does not want his meal. From the counter I had to tell the lady: but I don't want it with sauce!!! And I ended up leaving and losing my money and my food, who knows if I spit out the new bread I was already preparing, because with such an attitude anything is possible!!!

*Update. They’ve improved things here. More normal service like you’d expect at a reasonably run chain. Perhaps a change in managment did the trick. Prior review: Amateur hour. It’s a dice roll whether they will actually be open, even in the middle of the day; reliability on par with a cold war era Soviet establishment, customer service slightly worse than a Soviet establishment.

Ordered door dash only minutes from here. My whopper and onion rings were cold not even a little bit warm. Onion rings were old sitting around and no sauce. I come to town for work will never order from here again. Way too many options to pay that much for ice cold food. Should have thrown it out.
I was attended to by a very poorly attended manager. The potatoes were cold and that's why he made me wait 20 minutes and with a very bad gesture he gave me the food which, the way I was served, I no longer wanted to eat. A young woman came and asked me what was happening and apologized but the manager yelled at me very haughty. I don't recommend it.

Lisbet should be corrected on the way she treats customers. In my visit today at 12:02 PM she caused an upset for 3 different people. She was very rude with the customers and her arguments with them resulted on my order delayed.
In the other side, the guy cleaning was very helpful and kept the place very clean.
