I accidentally drove forward to the cashier because I thought my order was placed and the cashier got mad at me and was rude, I genuinely apologize said it was hard to hear her through the speaker, and said it was my fault I and I'm sorry but she was still rude with me

Was thru the drive thru so I am not giving anything but 1 star. Ordered our food. Had to pull up to a diff window so there timer is off. Chicken sandwhich was col and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. Didn't see this until we got home.
The food was made hours ago, I tried to eat one piece and it was hard and old, I had to throw the rest in the trash. I didn't get the sauces either. I will not buy from this store again nor from Uber Eats. A shame, I asked for the order to be brought to a Hospital.
