People gonna hate, but that smash burger was the best burger I've had. Yeah it could have used some more meat to it, but it was damn good. Idk what's up with the reviews here.

I had to apologize to myself for eating here after ignoring the signs. When you walk in the place feels eerie, the guy in the front is wearing sandals which is breaking all types of hazards/protocols, my burgers were cold, and chicken patty was hard as a rock. I was starving so I ate it plus I spent 20 including a tip which was not deserving, and I ordered pickup. My body felt the regret of this “food “ shortly after eating it!

I hate to leave a scathing review. Mine and my husband's experience were completely different. The man who brought us our food was very nice and accommodating when my husband's added to his order. But when my chicken sandwich came out, the avocado was brown and tasted terrible which made the whole thing taste awful. The guy at the register ruled his eyes at me and said it wasn't and did not offer any option. ZERO customer appreciation and sub-par food. The smash cheese burger was decent.

This place was a complete mistake. I don’t understand how I missed the warnings and ended up eating here. Please choose a different restaurant. The menu was written over with a Sharpie, and the screen menu was displayed vertically, while the actual menu was horizontal, making it very difficult to read. One of the chicken burgers we ordered smelled terrible and was apparently in bad condition. They offered to change it for a different thing but complained that it wasn’t in bad condition. Honestly?

This place is GROSS! The staff was glued to the phone and not dressed professional at all- just wearing a hoodie and sweatpants with crocs. They didnt explain the menu or welcome me at all and still asked for a tip. The establishment is filthy. Just stepping to get my soda the mats are sticky and full of bacteria. The soda machine sprays all over you and its obvious nobody ever cleans around it. The floor is coated with trash and debris and appears to not be cleaned ever.
The burger was burnt to a crisp and had no flavor. I spent 15 dollars on a burger smaller and worse than McDonald’s and spent 5x the amount than a mcdouble.
No manager on duty and just overall not good.

went last nite and take smash burger to go !! the server was super nice btw ! when i got home burger was burnt/toasted an so salted !! impossible to eat ! i trowed way ! if i checked the reviews b4 ..... didnt waist my money in this place !
Never been here. But based on reviews and the owner's bullshit and combative responses to every single review I wouldn't even walk past this place. Just take the criticism and allow it to help you do better!! and they don't even respond to thank the FEW good reviews they have...very telling. Let's see how long this place stays open lol. Now go ahead and respond to that

Ordered take out. Angela got my order wrong and when I politely asked for a refund because of her rude customer service, she proceeded to try and argue with me instead of finding a solution. I called to ask for her supervisor so she yelled at me and then hung up in my face and forwarded all of my calls. Do not go to this establishment if you care about the customer service. The people they hire do not care about their job or the paying customers.
