I get regular emails from them advertising my favorite organic, low acid coffee. I have placed multiple orders going back to June of last year….and none of them have shipped. They keep claiming ‘supply chain issues’ yet they will charge your card the minute you place an order. They owe me six of the 5 lb bags. Take your $$ elsewhere. Other roasters have organic, low acid coffee that tastes better because you actually get to drink it!

They have abandoned the individual purchasers yet continue to take our $$$. Ordered Jan 5 and still no delivery nearly 4 months later!

From the email I sent early this morning. I received with much dismay your notification of yet another delay in fulfilling my order from March 4th of this year. I’m nearly out of my favorite and only coffee that I’ve been buying for the last 16 years. The claim of supply chain issues doesn’t fly for me. Why even at the hight of the pandemic I had experienced no delivery issues much less one of 23 days so far. Additionally I see Costco has no problem getting their order fulfilled by you and find it not coincidental since Don became a Burke brand. So here it is not even 6AM and I’m once again asking for you to please expedite my order.

SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES?!
I really enjoy Don Pablo, so much that I had a subscription through their website to deliver coffee monthly. The past few months, they have charged my card then sent a follow up email stating they are delayed in fulfilling the order due to supply chain issues. More than two months have passed while they still charge my card for the monthly subscription, but have not sent any of the subscription coffee to me. Don't order anything from them until they have figured things out.

Great coffee at a great price. Call customer service if you want to order by phone. The "order" choice on the menu doesn't get answered. Hernan's the man!
