Magnificent place to stay, relax and have a family experience.
I loved the waitress that attended us! Mileny was absolutely wonderful, she even gave us ice cream that was on the house! Wonderful :) - Highly recommend
Great service, love the food, and loved Dona’s service recommendation
Dona is a best waiter, and the food dilicius
Dona and Yami have been excellent on customer services. Always polite and helpful to everyone.
Great place. Staff is amazing. So much to do! Such a great day. :) :) :)
The place itself is great, plenty of activities for kids.
We sat down to eat, the food was really good. Our server Agnery’s was very attentive and nice.
She was an amazing server. So attentive and responsible. Her smile made our day!!!
Overpriced food, that takes forever to be brought to the table and when it gets to the customer is cold. Prepare to get up to get your salt shaker or anything else you might need. Praise yourself if you are in the dire need to use the restroom.
Amazing place for kids, family, food, animals 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Best $10 I ever spent
The food was cold, very oily, the menu has different prices in english side and spanish side. I ask for light ice never got it my drink. The menu doesn't say whether they sell can soft drinks, the place has baby high chairs that are disgusting, atmosphere very sad. I was very disappointed with food we got and for the money we spend.
We got steak sandwich which cold and it didnt taste good, fries where cold and the oil used made fried taste greasy. Guajira dish was oily, cold and in spanish menu has a price english has another. The Rib eye with shrimp was cold, the grill platter for 2 was also very greasy and cold. The few bird cages we saw dirty with poop, and pond where fishes and swan are at that looked dirty and even a dead fish was floating. I dont understand if this a family business and they charge so much, they have another area they charge for entrance. It was really disappointing. If I had it my way I would ask refund.
Nice place with strong potential, with a few changes needed to improve value and flow. The total cost for four people on a Friday with add-on experiences came to $180, which set higher expectations. Entry moved slowly with only one ticket window open, several go karts were unavailable, and only one lifesaver was in use at the slide. Clear signage for animal locations and timed encounters would help, along with more staff on the grounds wearing visible uniforms to guide guests. The add-on animal experiences felt too short for the extra cost, for example one camel ride for one person followed a small circle and lasted about 30 seconds. Better alignment between price, experience length, and operations would improve the overall visit. Bathroom lines were long, and food service was slow, with limited items and lower quality.
first and last time, had high expectations from this place, we first got there to the main restaurant and the mesera was honestly super rude, from getting our food wrong to just not be cordial at all, we wanted to order and we felt super rushed, dont come and spend your money here.
The farm is good for the kids. Different activities to them to do. They have some animals like chicken, goat, donkey, fishes, etc u can feed the animals. Best of all bouncy house, little play ground.
