I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was atrocious from start to finish. The greeter lacked enthusiasm and seemed completely unhelpful, creating a flat and unwelcoming atmosphere. The waiter was repeatedly walking past my table without checking in. I had to request a water refill every single time, which felt like pulling teeth. Attention to detail was completely absent, and the food was below average—definitely not worth the money. To top it off, the bathroom was filthy and smelled awful, further souring the experience. If you're considering dining here, save yourself the frustration and head to The Hendry, located just two floors down. It's a much better choice. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Would not recommend.

We had a great dinner at Cafe Americano Brickell. We chose it because we were headed to the briteline, and we chose well! Comfy, relaxing setting- service was perfection, food was delicious. A great menu, something delicious for all nine of us. Back to our waitress- she took good care of us, a delightful person who made it all look so easy.

We recently dined at this restaurant and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server was not only highly professional but also incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome and valued. He even brought us a sample of a new drink they were adding to the menu, which was a delightful surprise.
I was dining with my husband and stepdaughter, and we were all impressed by how quickly the food arrived and how delicious everything was. The attention to detail and the quality of the dishes truly stood out.
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. It’s a fantastic spot with excellent service, incredible food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
