This is more of an “incomplete” 2 stars. The hours posted here must be wrong because we drove all the way out there on a Wednesday for lunch and the place was closed at 1 pm. Seems like one of those very typical Miami spots where you never know if they’re open or not. Too bad, because once upon a time this spot was the best restaurant in Miami, Kris Wessell’s Red Light. Can’t vouch for Mad Records food or service, but the space is very cool and you can sit right on the river and watch the manatees. Anyway, we went down the street a few blocks to Blue Collar which was, reliably, open.

I had to get the servers attention several times.. she was not very helpful & she must have charged me 6 dollars for hot water with a few leaves of mint, and the burger was dry and cold. It’s a shame because the music and ambiance was so nice.

Nice Indoors and big outside deck area! Music is nice upbeat that makes you dance but also is balanced if you want to sit and chat with your friends over cocktails... Similar to other MAD venues like Medellin, Bogotá, Madrid etc.. DJ is streaming online and you can watch other venues playing in some of the screens. I love that it has a nice view and it's away from the tourist area but not far from it.

The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of delicious options avocado toast, french toast is amazing, also my recommendation for breakfast is omelette with. Today I want there with my wife I eat the burger, two lightly toasted buns and melted cheese with juicy patty is something incredible
The place is great, with a retro and very warm atmosphere, its food is incredibly delicious and well served, Lua served us and was very friendly, totally recommended, the music and decoration transport you. Their eggs benedict are simply exquisite.
Vegetarian options: My friend ate a vegie burger, it was made with eggplant, delicious.

Wow. Loved it here. Food and ambiance were incredible. I was able to meet the chef, she is an absolute doll and Wow is her food insane. You have to try this place out. Best cocktails, coffees, food and desserts!! 10/10 recommend
