This place is adorable and the host is wonderful! Kind, helpful, and so on point. I had the Papillon Benedict and a Croissant Waffle... And it was hands down the most amazing breakfast I have ever eaten. 10/10 - wish I lived in this side of the country to eat this more than once.

Within walking distance from our hotel, the Cafe Papillon provided so many options to choose from for Breakfast. I chose the Magda’s combo breakfast with eggs over medium. The eggs were not too oily or buttery or salty. The bacon was also not very salty or greasy. The French toast was the perfect way to end the meal on a sweeter note. Coffee was great, as was the cappuccino.

Service was horrible! Slow. They didn’t understand what we ordered. Ordered two coffees and milks for the kids. Brought us black coffees and said they thought we wanted milk in the coffee not for the kids - so then where was the milk in the coffee??? Had to repay for milk. Not even offered water.
Potatoes were rock hard - cold and old. Hashbrowns were the same.
French toast was cold.
The waffle croissants with Nutella were the only good thing we ordered.
Overpriced for what you get. Bad service. Be wary. Tip is included already yet they ask you to tip again. Bad etiquette.
Do NOT recommend.
Maybe they were good in 2018 when they were recognized by Tripadvisor. Not in 2024 that’s for sure.
