Ordered a hot chocolate from this specific location at MIA Airport. Found a roach mixed into my hot chocolate. I discovered it AFTER I sipped it, not until I realized there was something else other than liquid in my mouth. By far one of the most devastating things to experience. I was watching one of the staff members mix the hot chocolate so I am not sure how they did not see the roach floating around on top before they handed it to me. Never again.
This poses a huge health and sanitation risk for future customers. It might be helpful to the public if management or airport concessions officers inspect further!

The racism I faced at 2:30 am trying to get a papa rellena & cortado 😑 She told me they were out... then my light skin wheelchair help who speaks just enough Spanish asked for it and all of a sudden do you want it hot or cold. She was already being rude with the rest of my order. After that I was completely done. You don't get my money. May your business have the success it deserves.

Cafe Versailles in the Miami airport advertises a World Famous Cuban sandwich so I gave it a try. I ordered it hot, and it was pretty good. Definitely a nice alternative to the Dunkin Donuts or the other choices

My cinnamon roll was stale. Plus, the servers don’t follow simple instructions, they ignore you, and then they get an attitude when you ask them to redo something. Do not waste your money here.

One tends to have low expectations with airport coffee, but this really takes the crown of the worst : think tar meets cigarette butts and then add a lack of barista training or skill.
The coffee and the Cuban sandwich were pretty good, they serve you quickly which is ideal when you're busy.

Cashier with super sharp red hair, they served me the cold Cuban sandwich, when I paid he stared at me to see if he gave a tip, I selected no and he got angry, when my sandwich was ready he threw it on the counter and gave me a bad face. Dirty tables.
