We had another wonderful meal at Caffe Portofino. It's a neighborhood gem. The grilled octopus appetizer was nicely done, but the malanga soup stole the show. And the meat ravioli bolognaise with shrimp and Italian sausage was so surprisingly good. The service is always personal and humble.
