Poor customer care. Walked in no customers waiting two employees saw us another person walk in and was asked to be help, so after waiting for about 5 minutes non of the 4 employees ask what we needed so we exit the store and spend my money across the street. I follow up with the manager to let him know what he had sweated and his answer was wow now all places are that way. ?Very bad customer service.No customers in the store, we waited around 5 minutes and none of the employees present offered to provide service, so we left the business and I crossed the street to spend my money elsewhere. I called the supervisor to let him know and the response was amazing, all the places are like this. ?

The complaint is because I bought 1 cuernito filled with vanilla custard and one lady BOTH HAD THE CUSTARD IN BAD CONDITION, it was acidic.Besides that, I bought 2 more sweets and a bottle of water TO EAT SOMETHING ON THE WAY TO MY HOUSE.And I could not . This can make a person sick.THEY SHOULD VOTE FOR CANDY LIKE THESE THAT THEY HAVE LEFT FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY.I DID NOT RETURN THEM AGAIN, BECAUSE I HAD JUST LEFT A MEDICAL CONSULTATION AND I ALREADY WANTED TO GET TO MY HOUSE.
