Awful experience. While placing my order, I heard a woman yelling aggressively at the employees. I later realized it was the manager, Elina. She was not only screaming but also making physical threats. It was disturbing and unprofessional to the point that I felt bad for the staff, left immediately, and will not return.
I honestly hope the employees report this to OSHA or even consider civil action, because no one should be treated this way in a workplace. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for decades and have never seen such open mistreatment of employees in front of customers. It makes me think that behind Elina’s smile is hostility waiting to surface.
I rarely leave negative reviews, especially where hardworking employees are involved, but for the sake of the community I feel compelled to share this. I hope this reaches the owners, who I’ve heard are very kind people. I strongly suggest they take action, because this type of behavior could cost them more than just a customer. It also reflects poorly on the hiring and management process.
God bless!!

Clean place. The food was burnt and flavorless, do not buy meals from here. After complaining they agreed they do not season the chicken.burnt and rubbery, left unsatisfied.

5 Stars - A Taste of Authentic Cuba Right in the Heart of Miami!
If you're looking for an authentic Cuban bakery experience, look no further! CAO Bakery Sunset is a slice of Cuba that you can taste in every bite. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the irresistible scent of freshly baked bread, savory pastries, and sweet treats that are the heart and soul of Cuban cuisine.
Their medianoche sandwich is a must-try—perfectly pressed with tender roast pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard all sandwiched between the most delicious, soft Cuban bread you'll ever taste. The labels are incorrectly placed on the meals, and when I ask the staff they do not approach me or attend to me, on the contrary they tell me that if I do not know the dishes by heart and that I am wrong, they already give the coffee with a lot of sugar without asking or give the option for people who do not consume it. Terrible service
