The bread with tortilla left a lot to be desired, old bread, terrible orange juice, watery coffee with milk, the cake... left a lot to be

We went to the location on 72nd - they had a great selection of bakery items - we finally decided on guava and coconut pastelitos and a bread pudding, along with a couple cafe con leches. Everything was great! We'd wanted to try Cuban coffee and pastries and these were very good and at very reasonable prices. There were plenty of tables inside and also a couple outside and the staff were very helpful - we'll try to get there again before heading home to the midwest.

Whatever you don't order the Cuban sandwich here, it doesn't taste well at all! Whoever prepayit loves to add extra garlic sauce and very little cheese, I think it's the worst one I have ever had in my life!!!!!

Pretty and clean. The workers are nice but went in at 8:30 and no coffee made made. The cups were so filled and no cram added had to walk Accross the restaurant to pour out and it was boiling hot. The place is fine but can do much better

im only giving this a 1 star because I can’t give it a 0. i went in may 16th @12:40pm. from the moment i walked in poor customer service. i asked the cashier, what comes in a pan con bistec and she smirked like if all bakeries make it the same. i asked for lettuce and tomatoes and to take off the papitas and when i recieved my pan con bistec it came out untoasted, no tomatoes, and no onions. the girl in the back looked to be hazily doing her job so i asked for it to be toasted again. i asked her where the tomato’s were to which she told me “i told you there wasn’t any.” which was not the case & they charged me for it. then i asked for them to toast it more & add onions they missed. even after all that, the steak was flavorless & dry. my lettuce was soggy because kitchen staff has never had any culinary experience to know lettuce doesn’t get cooked & to top it all off the inconvenience of having to keep asking them to fix their poor work ethic. never coming back. 0/10 food 1/10 customer service. Vicky Bakery would never.

They fail to comply with the orders and do not notify you carefully that they do not have the products after having paid for the order in advance.
