Terrible! The Mamey wasn’t mixed well. The cream cheese in the pastelito was dry and the croquetta flavor was disgusting. They literally missed every mark. Will never eat from this bakery again and will never ever recommend to anyone.

This has to be the most Ridiculous Original Cuban food I’ve ever eaten. I ordered a Cuban café con Leche, and a Media Noche sandwich. I found it to be Terrible. Where’s the pickles and the touch of mustard? I got an overheated mush of shaved pork two slices of packaged Oscar Meyer ham on a so called Sweet bread. I don’t think I’ll ever be back but, to each his own.

THEY ARE NOT FRESH CAKES.. And I think the price of things is a little high for the quality of the product they sell there.. I paid $12 just for 2 empanadas and a Guallaba and "Queso" cake, but the cheese was more plastic What a treat... I really didn't like it much on my first visit, I'll think twice before returning to this place... I was really expecting something different...

The waitresses are rude, hateful, terrible service, the coffee is literally crap, the desserts are hard, I will definitely never return again

This place is brand new, clean, and there’s very attentive staff. They have a limited menu of Cuban items such as pastelitos, empanadas, croquetas, coffee, and much more. I would love to see smoothies or batidos added to their menu list.

Pretty and clean. The workers are nice but went in at 8:30 and no coffee made made. The cups were so filled and no cram added had to walk Accross the restaurant to pour out and it was boiling hot. The place is fine but can do much better

I have gone back to their different locations expecting to get really good pasteries but NO LUCK. I don't know what happened but they are all the same BAD. I remember going an getting really good quality, no more. I will not go back and waste my money, nor will I ever recommend them.

I was there today and ordered a coffee and a toast, after about 20 minutes of everyone walking around like headless chickens I got a cold coffee and a cold toast drenched in butter, besides the fact that there is no numbers and people just cut you off to order, if you are looking for a quick breakfast DO NOT stop here, it was a horrible experience!!

I took my kids to have breakfast here and it was a good idea, because the food at this place was so filling that we were able to wait and have a late lunch that day thanks to the food in this bakery. The sandwich was OK because the bread was a little dry and I will add some sauce inside because inside it was kind of dry, even though the chicken was tender and that’s what I liked it. The eggs with meat on top Bistec a Cabello, was OK, the eggs were perfectly cooked, the French fried were too greasy for my taste and I don’t know if they were completely fresh to be honest. The steak was deliciously seasoned and tender. The service was not the best, it doesn’t mean it was bad it just means that it was kind of busy and they are not as organized as maybe other places, but overall my experience here was fine. I’m definitely continue trying Cao bakery in other location to check them out because they have a big menu that I really want to try.

Very nice blend of traditional Cuban and american baked goods. Clean orderly, reasonably priced and tasty

This bakery is great!! It's advertised as a Cuban place, but also has lots of Colombian food and goodies from other countries in Latin America too! There are sooooo many different options and they're all delicious. I went with a group of 10 and everyone loved everything they tried. The space is small, so our group felt very packed, but that's our fault for traveling with so many people. Just expect to be split up amongst tables if you go with more than 3 people. The service counter feels a little scattered too. You arrive, pull a number from the wall (which isn't very visible, we had to be told to do so), and wait until the staff calls out your number to go order. Don't expect a sense of urgency, but the staff is friendly. Also, be aware that pastelitos are 6 for $6, but the empanadas are not included in the price even though they're in the same display. Overall, I recommend this place and will be back!
