Needed to deposit money and there’s no tellers but front door helpers were nice. When I walked in it just seemed like a huge hangout spot packed with people so no way to work and no cafe even open .. closed for a while apparently and maybe at least another month.. tried making a deposit but the atm machine couldn’t use my C1 credit card to switch accounts to checking account so staff recommended I go to Walgreens to make deposit.. basically a waste of time all around. Sucks there’s no real tellers to help put money into this so called wanna be bank that’s really just wants to be a cafe..?

Atmosphere is great, usually easy to find a table. Value isn't really there though. If you're not a cardholder, you pay $7 for a cold brew that is 75% ice :(

Capital 1 cafe has great coffee but is run so poorly. Multiple times I have stood at the counter waiting to order for over 5 minutes, no one even says hello! I understand that it gets busy and makes time to create craft coffee beverages but there is no sense of urgency from the baristas. I work right next door and even though I love the coffee I actively avoid this cafe. I decided to give it another chance today but was told at the counter that I would have to wait 5 minutes because they were busy. I was totally willing to wait because that’s a normal ask but then I wasn’t even able to place my order and pay, instead I was instructed to sit down and wait?? There was like 5 people waiting for drinks, not a crazy amount! These employees need TRAINING from real baristas or cafe workers. Being busy is not an excuse, it’s a coffee shop! You have a great product but your team is unable to execute.

The cafe ambience is welcoming but the drink orders were wrong even after repeating our order, food was ok and customer service was bad. My name was not even called when my food was ready. I had a free coffee as a reward and I still was charged for my coffee.

I am a customer of this coffee shop and I come daily, but I would like to talk about an employee named Maggie who is bad in her dealings and disrespectful. She usually reflects her bad day on the customers, and this is completely unprofessional. She made a mistake in calculating a small amount, and despite that, I told her that I had to pay more. Then she made a mistake in ordering again, and other situations. I hope that this does not reflect on this coffee shop, otherwise no one will come in this way.

had a disappointing experience at Capital One Cafe. The employee, Maggie, was rude and unprofessional in her behavior. She didn’t handle the situation respectfully, making me repeat my order three times because she didn’t take it completely the first time. I hope the cafe considers training their staff to provide a better experience for customers.

I only come here for the Mocha because in my opinion they’re the best in town! A great spot to work on a laptop. Maybe not great for calls or meetings but the lighting is great in this location.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a first floor level so wheelchairs and strollers are accessible.

I came here with my wife after our honeymoon and hung out with our luggage's until our Air Bnb was ready. Very friendly atmosphere, and nice place to lay low. Love the 50% discount on coffee for Capital One users. Would recommend this place 10/10, wish we had these back in Ohio!

I would never recommend this credit card to anyone; very poor customer service. Go with any other company. Unbelievable. There are some decent/good companies out there; this is not one in my opinion. Consumer Affairs reviews explain it all.

This cafe is a really nice space with a clean, modern ambiance, perfect for working or relaxing. The cafe's vibe and sleek design make it a great spot to unwind. However, the baristas' lack of coffee-making skills and standoffish-ness can dampen the overall experience and make it an uncomfortable one. There is no chocolate or sugar in a traditional macchiato… the barista tried to convince me otherwise. My macchiato tasted like an overly sweet hot chocolate, and on top of that, it was lukewarm, almost room temperature. Despite this, the cozy atmosphere and amenities like free Wi-Fi and ample seating make it a decent place to hang out.

4:45 on Monday July 22. The idea here is great but the staff needs a lesson in customer service and on making sure customers are happy and return.
A sandwich for $9 and change was given to me without the croissant I asked for . When I told them they made a mistake they stared at me blankly and did nothing . I asked if they had condiments at least. They answered no they put a sauce already
But there was no sauce so I went back and said I didn’t get the sandwich I asked for maybe you can put some of that sauce you said was on here.
They did with no attempt to make it right and acted as if I was being petty.
Maybe to some it is but this is the type of experience that would put a place out of business at some point. The person I dealt with that acted as though I was putting him out of his way was Dainer.
