This has truly been the best banking experience I’ve ever had. We stopped by twice, both on Sundays, and Emily helped us each time. Where else in the world can you enjoy a drink while taking care of your banking on a Sunday? We couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Capital One and especially to Emily!

Disappointing experience with identity verification – not recommended for international users. I called Capital One three times. While both the café staff and the phone representatives were kind and tried their best to assist, I find it absurd that everything depends on an AI system that refuses to verify my identity using my Italian passport. I opened the account using that same passport along with my Social Security Number, and everything was accepted at the time. Now, the system doesn’t recognize my ID, and I was told I need to obtain a Florida state ID and call back in order to unlock my account. This is extremely frustrating and shows how unprepared Capital One is to deal with legal international residents. I do not recommend banking with Capital One if you’re new to the U.S. or using non-American identification — even if you have a valid SSN and immigration status.

No drinks anymore (it’s a few weeks if not months now) Room booking system is “out of wack”; often times allowing multiple bookings. So if you want to reserve a room then multiple individuals will try to kick you out multiple times a day. Staff are clueless, don’t know what to do and will prioritise whoever they like most (not who genuinely booked it first). Staff generally ok, other than one or 2 who are visibly high. The branch currently looks like Capital One is about to run out of money and business. A pretty bad look for a bank.

I highly recommend coming here to work. They have plenty of spaces to work (with plugs), and coffee is pretty cheap with a Capital One card. Brickell can be pretty expensive and unreliable, but been coming here for years and never had a complaint.

If you can get past the Capital One staff member rushing to greet you at the door, the coffee experience is wonderful. the space was comfortable and convenient. we stood outside wondering if it was a members-only perk, so being met at the door by a Capital One accounts manager was a little alarming. come to find out that members get half-off beverages. that's not nothing.

Needed to deposit money and there’s no tellers but front door helpers were nice. When I walked in it just seemed like a huge hangout spot packed with people so no way to work and no cafe even open .. closed for a while apparently and maybe at least another month.. tried making a deposit but the atm machine couldn’t use my C1 credit card to switch accounts to checking account so staff recommended I go to Walgreens to make deposit.. basically a waste of time all around. Sucks there’s no real tellers to help put money into this so called wanna be bank that’s really just wants to be a cafe..?
