Was surprised by the quality of the coffee. A pumpkin pie latte (using my cap1 card) was $3. Can't beat that. And imo worlds better than starbucks or the other local coffee shops. Very clean establishment as well.

This review is mostly about the delightful capital one ambassador who greeted us! We came on a Saturday morning and he gave a tour and let us know how he became a capital one ambassador. So cool! Didn’t know that was a thing until we met him. This would be five stars if the barista was happier but totally get why she was in a tude because she was all alone!! Capital one get her some help!!!

The Capital One Café in Brickell is one of the best hidden gems if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to work, study, or just enjoy good coffee. The space is modern, open, and designed with coworking in mind. There’s a lot of seating available, from small tables to larger communal spaces, so whether you’re working solo or with a group, you’ll find a spot. What I liked most is how calm it feels inside—everyone is focused on their own things, which creates the perfect productive atmosphere without the usual café noise.
The coffee is excellent. I ordered a mocha and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. They also have a nice variety of drinks and food options, much more than a typical coffee shop, so you can switch things up if you’re there often. The baristas were friendly, helpful, and made the experience feel welcoming.
One of the biggest perks is the discount: if you have a Capital One or Discover card, you get 50% off drinks and food. That’s an amazing value, especially if you’re stopping by regularly. Overall, it’s a fantastic blend of coworking space and café, and definitely worth checking out in Brickell.

This has truly been the best banking experience I’ve ever had. We stopped by twice, both on Sundays, and Emily helped us each time.
