Great pastries here, love the sweet stuff but they need more servers and some more with experience. Waited 30 mins for a replacement sourdough toast because the first was burnt. By then we had finished our meal. Having to chase a single waiter for 30mins was very frustrating, soured the meal.

Very busy which means they are good but crowded and too loud. Food arrived almost an hour after we ordered. In bits and pieces which was terrible for our 5 person group. Their sandwiches were NOT good at all and I would say their pastry was better. Overall I dont recommend.

NO CHEESE IN CHEESE
BOURE-KAOS šŸ˜‚ (aka BOUREKAS)
Cashier was busy flirting with someone she knew (the manager knows him too) while my to-go order sat ready right behind her for 10 minutes. I even pointed it out and still got forgotten. Not going again.

We understand all is fresh. First impression ZERO piƱitas left. They were rushing to close and almost kick us out. However their piƱitas are SO GOOD we will be going back next time we visit Miami from NYC

We should've gotten there earlier than 10am because the line was as far as the front door on a Monday morning. There is no room for a hostess to greet you or seat you. Just stand in line and order up at the counter, find a seat, and they bring your food to your table. It's an easy process. The server drops it off, says thank you, and quickly leaves. It's all business there. The vibe is casual and very loud inside.

I ordered the Croix sandwich with the pork sausage added, which tasted good. My daughter had the Turkey & Brie sandwich, which was just ok. We were excited to try out the Cachitos with Jamon y Queso because of the advertising but they were on the bland side, nothing special. That was disappointing. The one highlight was the Nutella Cruffin. It was perfection. We bought 2 croissants to take home. Our bill was almost $95 for an average breakfast. You should know that they also charge a 5% service fee and they include the tip already.

There is a small parking lot in the front that is shared with the other businesses. I'm not sure when we will be back. This place lacks the warmth that other local businesses express.

I arrived at the place at 7:50 am and there were already 4 people waiting to get in. When I went in, I asked for some cachitos and they told me they didn't have any. They said it would take about 20 minutes. It's unbelievable that they don't have cachitos when they open, and the worst part was that the person told me they had some from the day before if I wanted them.

Bought pastry, the one the front guy recommended. Wanted to like but had a very odd flavor. Went back and said didn’t like it, can I just exchange for something else. They responded no because I I already took a bite. Lol. Of course I took a bite. terrible customer service. Any other normal shop would just be like oh absolutely what can we get you. Btw these aren’t cheap, they’re like 8 dollar pastries so if any place were to want to make sure the customer is satisfied it is them. It wasn’t until I had them call a manager that they exchanged for a different pastry. These people don’t know how to run a food establishment.

I went for the cachitos and was really disappointed. They were cold, and the flavor was just okay. I bought two and didn’t even want to eat the second one. Honestly, this place feels overrated.

I wish I lived in Miami just so I could come here every week. Delicious almond croissant, fantastic matcha latter and a stunning pan con tomate I think I might have to get one more before I leave town tomorrow. This is a hopping spot so get in early if you want to cozy up in a booth.
