Customer service zero stars. The lady trying to explain the menu kept walking away from me. She was blending juice as she was talking to me, I couldn’t understand nothing. The respect for customer service was a horrible experience. Literally had to walk out in the first five minutes.

Looking for a quick late breakfast, café con leche wan luke warm. Asked to warm up, still wasn't hot enough. Had to ask again and received a look with attitude. The spoon had dried, crusty food on it. I asked for a second one and got that look again. The cup of water had a lemon seed from previous use. I decided not to ask for another one and just eat my mediocre Sandwich to not bother the server. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Definitely go to the one in 68th. This Caribe was very disappointing and perhaps needs a new chef.

I'm not going to give an opinion about the place and its food, but the work environment is terrible, there is no charisma and they mistreat each other and it seems too bad to me because they are all the same and they are in this country of opportunities to be in a place serving the public with that bad vibe. and the owners check the cameras and look at that detail

They cooked my Vaca Frita perfectly, honestly it was the best cooked VF I have had. I have seen other places mess up this dish, so I appreciate their efforts. Overall pricier than other cafeterias, but my experiences have always been high-quality overall. Their empanadas are also cheap but tasty.

Recommended dishes: Cuban Sandwich
Don’t know if somebody replace the cooker last Saturday afternoon! The food was horrible. They basically damaged the famous taste of the Cuban food. We ask for mojo to see how to make better the cold boiled malanga and server brought a small pot of onions completely cold!! Best part of the menu: the toasts and the juices. Management please do something!!!

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was okay, but served cold. I had revuelto con espinaca, which was good after adding salt. Orange juice is freshly-squeezed oranges with no ice, served warm.
