we are locals and we love coming to this ale house but tonight we witnessed our bartender drop our food on the ground twice and we did NOT get any discount or refund :( we typically have Lilly as our bartender who is amazing but tonight we had a different female bartender who was nice but unfortunately didn't handle the situation how we believe it should have been handled :(

I like it because in general there is always space to sit. Unlike other places where you always have to wait up to 1 hr to have a spot. The other thing I like, a wide variety of beers đź‘Ś

If you ever happen to pop in don’t think twice about asking for “isel” as your server, gave suggestions on the menu that didn’t disappoint, always had our cups filled, and was super quick overall
