We have been viditing Carrabbas on Flagler & 94 Ave location since it opened and we order family bundles quite often. The food is very tasty and the service is always outstanding. Our waitress on the last visit of 4/21/24 was Bernadette. She provided exceptional service and was very pleasant reviewing all our food options and recommending Carrabbas take home specials for $10/ meal. We shall continue our Carrabbas dinning experience at this location and always ask for Bernadette to be our server.

A place that never disappoints. I always recommend the Caesar salad and a glass of wine. It's almost what I always ask for. The plates are large and can be shared. Excellent service and quiet atmosphere, just enough to eat in a pleasant atmosphere, without noise or loud music.

This location looks as though it's been newly renovated & the menu has been updated. The food came out quicky & so fresh. I ordered the Spiedino di Mare with Scallops. You can order it with Shrimp as well; so you have options.Another new item we tried is the Tuscan Breadstick Tower. I didn't feel it's worth the price since the restaurant gives you bread anyway? And the Rigatoni Martino with Sausage tasted great but only had crumbles of sausage; the dish was mostly pasta & tomato cream sauce so it was a bit dissapointing?The Italian Old Fashioned was made well & the Limoncello Bread Pudding was a great finish to the meal.The best part was that we were able to Take Home an Entree for only an additional $10.00. They give you bread & you can add a soup or salad for $2.00 more. We chose to try the new Four Cheese & Sausage Stuff Shells (no salad). I believe that the offer is only for Dine-in patrons? And their Happy Hour Menu us great too...

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the catering service I received from your establishment yesterday, March 18th, for my son's confirmation celebration.I had placed an order for catering to accommodate 10 people, including a variety of items such as cannolis, Caesar salad, bread, and pasta. However, upon receiving the order, I was shocked to discover several significant discrepancies that greatly impacted our event.Firstly, the order only contained five cannolis instead of the expected quantity of 10. Additionally, there was no Caesar dressing and bread, despite these items being clearly specified in my order.Upon contacting both ezCater and Carrabba's, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. It was disheartening to be accused of dishonesty by your staff when I simply sought resolution for the issues I encountered. The portion sizes of the pasta and Caesar salad provided were inadequate for the number of guests, leaving us embarrassed and unable to fully enjoy the meal.Despite the efforts of the catering staff to assist me, I found the lack of accountability and assistance from Carrabba's management to be utterly unacceptable. The excuse that certain items were "complimentary" does not justify their omission from the order, especially when they were clearly listed and paid for.As someone who has frequently utilized catering services from various Italian restaurants in the past, I can confidently say that this experience with Carrabba's has been the most disappointing and unsatisfactory. It is regrettable that such a significant milestone celebration for my son was marred by the incompetence and indifference displayed by your establishment.After my son ceremony, I had to run out to get garlic bread and dressing for the salad.I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and prioritize customer satisfaction and quality assurance moving forward.

What a great surprise! I had passed by Carrabba’s several times but always thought it was like a boring chain for some reason. I was wrong. The food was really good, from the bread, to the salad and soup, the veal, pasta, everything amazing! I had an Italian old fashioned and just wow, I’m going to make these at home too from now on. Adrian was really attentive, his recommendations were on point and his timing, superb. Will definitely be back soon.
