We were walking around the downtown area and were craving something refreshing. We walked by this place and saw they had smoothies so decided to check it out! The inside it really nice and clean and lots of seating and they also have a nice outside patio. There were alot of people there that were sitting around and working. I got a smoothie which was as really yummy and also really filling. They also have a big selection of healthy food items like salads and wraps. If I were hungry, I would've definitely gotten food from here because it looked so good.

I spent $50 for toastones crispy chicken and sweet potato fries, which was oily, over breaded and unseasoned. Servings are small for the price and the $6 fries where soggy and embarrassing! The juice making process was unsanitary with none of the fruits being washed, even the stickers where still on them, before being chopped and blended. I will never come here again, worst $50 I've ever spent!

Made the mistake of coming in to order lunch. There was no line so you’d think it would be a quick experience, but waited 25 minutes for a simple salad as the workers worked away filling online orders. Just be a takeout business if you can’t cater to the customers right in front of you.I will never come back.

We love it here. My wife and daughter are always down to skip making dinner and order takeout instead, and this is a solid healthy choice that has a little bit of everything. The prices are reflective of the quality (and quantity) of each dish; you'll never feel ripped off because everything is pretty awesome. This is the worst Carrot Express in all of miami . Terribly slow service. I have ordered three times from them and they always, without exception ,“ forget” to add items to my order or send something all together different. Food is NOT prepared with care and they work at a very leisurely pace . It’s as if workers here, in contrast to other Carrot Express locations, did not care about their job or the restaurant at all . All around terrible customer service and food . I will never order from here again and I definitely do not recommend. Order from Pura vida instead, way better in every sense
