The service is excellent. I had an issue with Uber Eats where the driver left without half of my order. Ginette, the manager at this Carrot Express location, not only ensured my order was delivered by one of their own drivers, but she also sent me a cake as a gesture for the delay and even provided lunch the next day. I’m incredibly grateful for the attention and consideration.

My experience since I entered was a super clean place, 3 girls at the front were very attentive, but there was something that marked my experience: my forks fell to the floor and the very attentive manager brought me others and finally a delicious decorated dessert... without a doubt I will come again
