Carrot Express is always a great experience. The service has consistently been excellent, and Juan, the manager, is incredibly attentive and welcoming. You can really tell he cares about both the customers and the quality of the restaurant. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and delicious, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Highly recommend this location for great service and amazing food!

I recently visited Carrot Express for the first time and had an overall disappointing experience. As I was unfamiliar with the menu, I asked a few questions for clarification. Ms. Bridgett was exceptionally helpful and patient while guiding me through my options, and I truly appreciated her assistance. However, my interaction with another employee, Dave, was quite discouraging. His demeanor came across as impatient and dismissive, and his attitude made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions. Unfortunately, the way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it may lead to a more welcoming environment for future guests.
