I’ve been going to Carvel for as long as I can remember, and it’s always been a place I enjoy. We usually order a Sunday Dasher with two flavors. On my recent visit, the employee explained using a bit of attitude that it could only be made with one flavor. When I went ahead and asked for a strawberry Dasher, I was met with the same response, “I told you it’s just one flavor,” in a tone that felt dismissive even tho I asked for what he just explained.
I really do love the ice cream flavors and the quality has always been great, but unfortunately the customer service has been lacking for some time now. I hope the team can improve on the service side, because the product itself is still one of my favorites.

I went to this location yesterday and the ice cream was terrible. I walked in around 7 pm. I looked at every option in the ice cream container and you can even tell the ice cream was melting and liquid. I got an ice cream in a cone and as soon as I walked out it was already melting into soup. I think it’s important to work on the ice cream temperatures to make it cold. I prefer cold stone now.

Went to go get a sundae and the older man who I believe is the manager is the biggest arrogant jerk. Has the nastiest attitude. Dont recommend coming here. He gives you a bad attitude just for coming here to get a simple ice cream. Such terrible customer service.

Great customer service and great price for milkshakes! The biscoff cookie milkshake was very good!
Terrible service. Rude attendants. Refused to serve soft serve ice cream at 940pm to various customers that were arriving. They said they close the store at 10pm and had already turned off the soft serve machine. If they are open until 10pm, all items should be available until 10pm. Otherwise put a notice on the door that says the serve limited items after a certain time. Clearly staff just wanted to fly out of there at 10pm and not a minute later and were in a hurry to clean up and close shop. Hope management teaches better customer service and tells employees that if they close at 10pm they can’t turn away customers at 940pm. Otherwise change your hours of operation, or find employees that aren’t so lazy and rude! Never going back to this one . Carvel on Miller and 92 continues to be the best one in Miami!!!
