Dont even bother getting a custom cake here. Your better off buying the ones they have premade or the ones from publix. The old man with glasses has a horrible attitude and hates his job. The cake was decorated terrible. Never again!

I went there with a coupon for that specific location. It was a buy one get one for a simple soft served ice cream sundae. I was met by an elderly man and he didn't listen to me when I said I had a coupon and without missing a beat very annoyed asked me "do you know what day it is?" --"Sunday" and he then re-directed my attention to a sign behind me and said "there's no specials on Sunday" When I presented it to the worker he was very reluctant to accept it and frankly seemed annoyed with our whole interaction which at this point so was I. When it came time to pay though he said he would accept the coupon he charged me full price. I paid it regardless because I wasn't going to argue over four dollars and make this even more uncomfortable than it was already but nevertheless I don't plan on going there ever again.

I called on short notice for an ice cream cake and was told on the phone that I could come down and get one to be personalized. The gentleman helped me pick one from several in their display freezer and within 10 minutes of arrival (at 5PM on a Friday), I was out the door with a medium ice cream sheet cake that was just right. Used the next day, it was enjoyed by all, my wife and I included. Thanks for the good value and professional service!

I asked for nutella icecream and they gave me chocolate and when I tried to say something the cashier insisted that it was nutella. I was in a hurry so I couldn’t fight it but they were super rude

Arrived at 9pm.The people inside locked the doors and said they’re closed, with customers inside… this has to be a FIRE HAZARD to lock the doors with customers inside.The sign says they close at 9:30pm.
