We had a reservation for 3:45 - we checked in at 3:46. At 4:30 they texted me the table was ready. Additionally, ordered a Bloody Mary and it was the worst bloody mary I've had in my life. If you want to be seen, that's the place for you. If you want good service / cocktails, anywhere but there.

We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. When we arrived they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I made the reservation only a couple hours before so they obviously knew how busy they would be. I don't understand why they took my reservation, I wish I'd gone elsewhere and not waited 45 minutes for a table

For a restaurant with such a strong concept and great food, the experience would be so much better with smoother, more efficient service. I want to point out that I visit this restaurant almost once a month. The food is always excellent, and of course it usually takes time before we are seated — which I understand, as the place is known for its select crowd and the “see and be seen” atmosphere. People come dressed beautifully, showing off their best bags and dresses. I have no issue with that at all — I come to enjoy the great food and the vibe. However, I must mention that there is a French man at the door who behaves very poorly. I'm not sure if he acted this way because we were speaking Hebrew or for another reason, but his behavior toward us was unacceptable. We were four women who spent $400 on a Sunday lunch, and when we asked to enter the party afterward, he refused to give us wristbands and was extremely selective and unkind. He spoke to us with rudeness and disrespect, in a way that made us feel unwelcome — despite the fact that we were dressed beautifully and clearly part of the same crowd as everyone else. It genuinely felt as if he chooses who gets in based on personal preferences or tips from certain people. The way he treated us was harsh, dismissive, and unprofessional. And this is not the first time he has behaved this way. I believe he is French, slightly older, bald, and works at the entrance. I am trying to find out his name so I can include it in this post, because people should be aware. Please take this seriously — if it happened to us, it can happen to others as well. Someone who treats guests like this should not be representing your establishment.

Unfortunately, the valet experience at the end of our visit was very disappointing. The young woman at the valet stand was extremely rude, which is unacceptable, especially after spending a significant amount on lunch. I had investors visiting from another country, and her attitude affected the final impression of what had been a beautiful day. I truly hope management addresses this, because the restaurant itself deserves better representation. With improved valet service, this place would be exceptional.

Everything about this place is excellent. Food and service are great we had the truffle Pizza , burrata cheese and the Branzino fish cooked to perfection and cleaned of all bones. We had been there many times and all the waiters are very tentative and hard working.
