We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation. When we arrived they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I made the reservation only a couple hours before so they obviously knew how busy they would be. I don't understand why they took my reservation, I wish I'd gone elsewhere and not waited 45 minutes for a table
Casa Neos is a place I genuinely enjoy. The food was good — flavorful, well-presented, and definitely the kind of menu that keeps you wanting to come back. The ambiance is beautiful, and it has that Miami energy that makes dining there feel special. But I have to be honest: the service was slow, and the wait at the reception to get a table felt extra delayed, even with a reservation. For a restaurant with such a strong concept and great food, the experience would be so much...
I want to point out that I visit this restaurant almost once a month. The food is always excellent, and of course it usually takes time before we are seated — which I understand, as the place is known for its select crowd and the “see and be seen” atmosphere. People come dressed beautifully, showing off their best bags and dresses. I have no issue with that at all — I come to enjoy the great food and the vibe. However, I must mention that there is a French man at the door...
