The food is amazing We opted into brunch buffet. The service was sub par. We arrived 15 minutes early and waited over 30 minutes just to be seated at an empty table That was a vacant the entire time we waited.
We decide to reserve Casadonna after we got recommendations from good friends of us. We came on time, the hostess welcomed us and ask to wait at the Bar until the table will be ready for us. We've waited an hour fifteen till we got sat down. The reservation scheduled to 9:15, we got sat down at 10:30 and the food starts to come around 10:50. The G.M came and apologise, said that it's busy weekend because of the art Basel, and said that he will take care of us once we will sit down. At the end no one took care of us, the service was terrible and it's look like no one cared. The delay ruined our plans for the rest of the night. We came on time, dressed according to the dress code, we had high expectations that fell and it was really disappointing.
Place is amazing ,service great ,food great ! Went for dinner sat outside , we were party of 6 , will definitely be back soon
Love this place and the food . I drive from West Palm just because I love the atmosphere and food . Unfortunately this time the service was not great compared to my first time. We sat down about 9:35 and just to for the waiter to greet the table took a while. Our food was forgotten and it was past 11:00 and we still did not have the main plates on the table . Finally when we got the food after I complained it was cold . Nobody would come to the table to check drinks , we were pouring our own wine . Besides the service this time , the place is beautiful .
We were so impressed on Sunday, we returned on Wednesday. This time we sat inside. The decor is old world and get us a quiet corner to enjoy each other. Again the service was exceptional. Our server actually went to the kitchen to find my wife some bread to soak up the last of her pasta‘s delicious sauce. The bolognese was just as tasty the second time. We didn't have dessert this time, just enjoyed our cocktails and the quiet elegance of the restaurant.
First time there for wedding anniversary dinner celebration. The bartender and wait was very nice and well served by Alejandro. Waited long for a table and had reserved for outside patio and had to wait over and hour and at the end sat at the bar. Food was good. Ambience beautiful. Staff were great. Unfortunately left a little bit of a gap in my experience due to wait time.
I went with some friends to celebrate my birthday and it turned out to be quite disappointing. The hostess walked us over to our table and realized that we booked for the teeny tiny affair. He said he was going to be right back to get us the correct table and did not come back... another host walked by asking us if we needed anything because we were standing “waiting” so she lead us to the designated area for our reservation. My friend arrived separately and the hostess didn't even want to walk to the table... just gave her verbal instructions ... wow isn't this a fine dine restaurant? The moment we sat down, everything kept going downhill. we had to ask someone walking by to get menus. When the waitress finally arrived , she was very nonchalant & did not smile. We had to ask her for her name she didn't explain anything and just wanted to get the order. I had to flag someone down to tell him that I didn't like my drink and then the fries arrived. They were cold. They brought regular fries instead of truffle fries, the food runner told me they were gonna get my server, but she was never to be found... even to get the fries corrected it felt like I had to beg to even get someone with attention because my server was not even checking in on us. I talked with the manager and she cleaned up the table n reset for second course for us because we asked her to, then they randomly sent drinks to Makeup for the moment. As someone who works in the industry, I get that it's undesirable to work in a section that is running a happy hour special but at least explain the drinks, be attentive, and fake a smile if you're gonna be on the shift.
Sunday brunch! The place looks neglected — dirty sofas, and the uniforms didn't flatter the staff. The overall appearance of the waitresses and front-of-house team wasn't the most polished either. The restaurant has lost glamour. The seafood variety at the buffet was good, and the drinks were fine, but the coffee came cold twice.
I’m being very generous In giving this place a three. I should probably give it a lower score. The only reason we went there is because we heard it had a Beautiful Patio. But we never saw the patio because it was pouring rain, which obviously was not their fault. But something that was very strange is we waited at the bar for the rest of our party to get there, And I put my Jacket on the chair next to me, And when I picked up my jacket to go in the restaurant, my jacket was soaking wet Because water was pouring in the ceiling in certain spots. Very very strange. And then they sat us right inside the doorway, so I don’t really know what their atmosphere was like. I didn’t really get to see the restaurant. I do know the restaurant was freezing and I couldn’t put my jacket on because it was wet. The server was extremely snotty. She acted like she was doing us a huge favor by waiting on us. She gave us OK service not great service But most of all she was just snotty. The food was OK. Three of us hated the food and two of us thought the food was OK. The bill was $500 for five people. I don’t mind paying $100 a head if the food, Service, and everything is stellar, But all we could think of was when we could get out of there. I thought it was awful and I will never be back, and I would never recommend this place to friends or family. I’m going to attach a photo of the chair where my jacket got soaked.

Had to request our table be moved outside despite having made a reservation for outdoor and the hostess pretended they needed to check if there was availability despite the patio being quite empty when we were taking there. The manager was very nice and checked in on us. It was way too cold inside to be enjoyable. Food started well with appetizer however mains were served cold. Branzino I chose to believe was just undercooked (instead of not fresh) making the meat not tender. Desert was good. Overall decent but fell short of expectations.

We celebrate our anniversary and it was fabulous. The food was top notch and the service was amazing. Everything was coordinated to perfection. The food was delicious from the octopus appetizer to the tiramisu dessert. They had live music which was beautiful.
