Horrible, service the food has no taste the waiter didn’t even asked if we wanted anything to drink, always ate this food in the past in Miami lakes .but here completely sucks never again

Very upset. I asked for an egg white Omelette sandwich. I asked for it to be cooked with Olive oil instead of vegetable oil and the girl said they do not have Olive oil but they do because they bring it to you when you order salad. Instead, they drenched it in vegetable oil. I will not be coming back.

What happened to the crispy fries ? The new ones are terrible - u switched to the lowest quality fry available instead of upgrading They were ice cold when I received them
Please find a different toston - the current one is not good at all U need a Hawaiian version Or it was just cooked way before ,way to long it was extremely dry
Please train your staff properly- If I sit down to eat inside I expect my croqueta to be fried to order - not grab an old one from the hot box at the cafeteria window that's been sitting all day- I literally got 2 burnt overcooked croquetas that was burned to a crisp on the side it was laying on
I am fan of this casavana Been coming here for years- since it was a Sergio's but the small details it what makes people come back
Fix the leak inside - not a good look And the bathroom floor is always slippery!! Use a degreaser !!

The food was average. The lady who sat us was miserable and rude, the girl who assisted my waiter to bring the food, had a nasty face and attitude and the guy that brings the water just throws the water at your table and has a face as if he is doing us a favor. I am appalled at the lack of courtesy and respect. I will never order from there again or go back . I was there today 8/30 at 11am and will never go back

I had such a lovely experience this morning at Casavana Cuban Restaurant’s ventanita! The service from Jenny was absolutely wonderful she’s super sweet, attentive, and has such a positive attitude that she truly made my morning better. The food is great. But the service isn't always the best. Today our server was DANAY F. She placed the order and never came back. My husband was without coffee throughout the whole meal. A male server with a sleeve tattoo was the one who took initiative and served us. He earned the tip unlike her.
