It might be fine for hardcore poker players, but the rest of the facility was fairly mundane and almost dreary. The staffing at the bars needs help (understood not every bartender can be charismatic), and the food selections is also very unappealing (understood not every place needs top-notch menus). If you're not playing cards, there is a nice sports betting setup upstairs - but there was no one there on this evening, and no one working there made eye contact or said hi as I walked through clearly checking out the screens and looking at games. The security guards were seriously the most friendly people working there.
Maybe it's more interesting during the races or on other evenings, but we decided that it would have been worthwhile to drive an extra 10-15 min to the other casino. If you're simply a hardcore gambler (slots and poker), it's possible that you could get your fix here... but not much else.

Great place to hang out and have fun, but be aware one of the cashier on the late shift, is asking for identification to cash a ticket that is not a jackpot and then he makes a copy of the drivers license. When I asked why he said because he want to. I had a Horrible experience at the cashier cage on the late shift Sunday 12/28.

Clara in the players club must hate her Job. She is rude and argumentative. I’m a first time player and this will be my first and only time. Go to the bigger well known casinos in Florida. They will treat you 100 times better than Clara. Their comp system is not explained and you can’t get food and Clara will just talk and be disrespectful and downplay your play. Horrible Casino and Horrible Staff. I’m very happy I broke even and didn’t even them any of my money.

The staff is extreamly rude and unprofessional especially Clara in the players club. Even if you have a lot of play they don’t offer comps on any food items. You can’t use points on food. It will be my one and only time going. My average bet was $9 and Clara said it was low and most players play higher. I asked to write her name down and she told me she doesn’t have a pen. I said you have 2 in your jacket. She snapped and said they are her personal pens. Since she didn’t want to lend me a pen I just took a picture. The only thing they had going for them was how their W2G Are set up.
I had fun. The games played back and I would go back.
