I was there Sunday the waiter give us very bad service they donât explain nothing we ask for fish filet they donât tell us which sides come with the filet we see her once whe she come with the food same donât ask if we need lime or ketchup or anything and we see her again to paid I have to ask another person for water because no one come again very bad service never again

I recently dined at this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the food and service. I ordered the shrimp coconut appetizer, but unfortunately, it was burnt and inedible, so we had to remove it from our bill. The whole fried pargo was decent, and my sonâs fish chunks were okay, but nothing stood out.
The white rice was underwhelming, and the tostones were not enjoyable at all. It really shouldnât be difficult to serve good basic items like rice and tostones. Additionally, I asked for mayonnaise, but they informed me they didnât have anyâquite surprising for a restaurant! They did offer spicy mayonnaise as an alternative, which was a bit unexpected.
We also experienced long waits for service, even with the restaurant being empty, taking about 10 to 15 minutes for the waitress to attend our table. Overall, I was disappointed and likely wonât return, as I felt it didnât provide good value for the money spent. I hope they can make improvements in these areas for future guests.
Excellent service provided by Eugenia who was the one who attended our table and made us feel at home. The food was excellent too. Thanks to the entire team that made it possible for us to spend a birthday with family and super well cared for.
