Rose was amazing with her knowledge of menu and service. Seafood rice was delicious and packed with seafood…shrimp was a bit tough…think it might have been a bit overcooked. Overall ambience, service and food was good.

The food here at Cato Esquivel is a marvelous feat and grand experience every time we dine. The quality is better than home made and absolutely exquisite and made with extreme detail and attention. This restaurant is one of Miami’s best Seafood restaurant and should be considered a must try by all, tourists and locals. I came here because I kept reading that even the pickiest eaters—especially parents!—left happy and full. That was all the encouragement I needed, and I’m so glad I listened. We had the exact experience people raved about, and then some.

Our server, Laura, was absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made us feel right at home and took excellent care of us from start to finish. The service was seamless, and every detail felt thoughtful.
