It's the second time I've ordered from here and the first time I also had a problem with my pick-up order. I arrived at the location and they told me that they did not have any orders. I show them the order number and they say, oh yeah, excuse me, we'll do it for you now. Wait 15 minutes and then come out and see that the meat was raw. I wanted to try again and the second time another problem. Terrible service. I called to request a delivery order and never received what I ordered. The girl did not want to charge me over the phone by giving me my card information. She told me it had to be cash or they would bring me the food and then she would call me back to make the payment. I don't understand why I didn't take the card information at that time. The food never arrived and since they didn't want to charge me at the time there was no charge either. As if I hadn't called to place an order.
