Great burgers! Me and my wife were craving a good burger in our area. We came across Charles & Larry’s and with a 4.6 rating, we said, let’s give it a shot!
The place is small and has capacity for about 30 -40 people. We were immediately greeted by a very friendly server, who was very helpful with the menu.
I ordered the Charles burger and, as you see in the picture, it did not disappoint!!! My wife ordered a single burger, but it was as good.
The Charles came with two patties, American cheese, Venezuelan soft - hand made cheese, coleslaw, lettuce, bacon and julienne potato sticks. I opted out of the tomatoes.
Burgers were cooked to perfection and the flavors were harmonious!!! Drizzle them up with some “house sauce” and it’s as perfect as a Venezuelan burger could be. I guess the only thing missing was a fried egg on top!!
Needless to say, I could not finish my burger as it was waaaayyy too big for me to finish it (and I can eat!!)
Five stars to the Maracuchos (Venezuelans from Maracaibo). I will definitely go back!

My wife found this restaurant on Yelp because she was specifically looking for empanadas near our hotel. It turned out to be a real gem!
We both ordered the empanada sampler (I think that's what is was called - 5 mini empanadas) and one regular (chicken for me, cheese for her).
Even though we spoke español bastante malo, the staff was awesome and we were glad we stopped in. 5 stars!
