The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

On Sunday, I purchased a Chicken California, and the following day, I came down with a bad case of food poisoning, which I'm still dealing with today. I'm not sure how the ingredients were handled, but I would be cautious about ordering from here.

Worst cheesteak I ever had. No seasoning and extremely bland. It was the food court option that didn't have a line. I shoulda known better. Will never eat here again

Absolutely tasteless food and a staff team that doesn’t give a shi* about their customers. Meat had no flavour and cheese was abundant but again had no taste, just texture.

I’ve had a better Philly cheesesteak served and cooked by a British man in London’s Spitalfields market. How can a cheesesteak be better in a country halfway across the globe from its origin than this place- in the country of the legendary cheesesteak.
I wish I could take back my money.

The food is always great, but I’ve gotten the worst customer service here. The lady that works taking orders sits on the chair and doesn’t take your order, I thought there was no one there so I had to wait and then I saw that she was sitting down waiting for people to go look for her. Even when she saw me she didn’t even stand up, she took my order and when I went to give her the money she made me reach out. The guy grabs the money with the same gloves he cooks. Terrible service

Maritime attention, aside from a super empty spray of meat or chicken, the bread, the cold potatoes and when they get confused with your order they just laugh and that's it!!! Very bad experience

I’m super disappointed on the service I received today! I ordered on the application cause I only have a 30m break I work in the mall btw. When I got to the restaurant my food was not ready, which I didn’t understand why if I took longer to pick it up than the time the app was giving me. I asked “what happened “? None of the 3 employees working at the moment gave me an answer. I asked a 2nd time. And one of them told me: It’s NOT ready! I asked why? again. She replied: IT’S NOT READY. DO YOU WANT YOUR REFUND? I said I want my food.
Well you gonna have to wait she said.
The part that I’m super disappointed about the whole situation, NO one ever told me they just didn’t see my order to make it before I got there. Or apologized for the inconvenience. When I try to tell the person to next time give me an explanation why my food is not ready if I’m ordering ahead of time. She didn’t let me talk and she talk over me. She even said: I COULD NOT TELL YOU CAUSE YOU WERE MAKING AN UGLY FACE. (Who says something like that to a customer?) I’m sorry, but my whole team eats from there NOT ANY MORE AFTER TODAY.
I feel they should show some respect to every customer especially mall employees we only have 30m to pick up the food go back to our stores and eat.
