The food is always great, but I’ve gotten the worst customer service here. The lady that works taking orders sits on the chair and doesn’t take your order, I thought there was no one there so I had to wait and then I saw that she was sitting down waiting for people to go look for her. Even when she saw me she didn’t even stand up, she took my order and when I went to give her the money she made me reach out. The guy grabs the money with the same gloves he cooks. Terrible...

Charleys Philly Steaks in Dadeland Mall is a tasty option at the food court while shopping. I think I finally figured this place out with the helpful assistance of the staff here. I was able to maximize the order and it worked out very well. This is a nice stop to make when you are really hungry and need something more than usual. The fries here are awesome.
