This place is consistent! Delicious sandwich and fries every time. Served fresh and hot. They make everything fresh in front of you. The meat has a great flavor and cooked without a lot of oils like other places. The lettuce sometimes has the core included which I do not like. Wish they didn't do that. The service is fast and consistent as well. A friendly smile, and staff making sure your order is correct. The location is in a mall. The tables are clean and the overall feel is great. I highly recommend this location for consistent food always served hot and fresh.

I need to share something positive I witness in this crazy busy world. Today I witness an Amazing job by one of their employees her name was Joone. I haven't seen anyone multitasking on a busy mall food court with a welcoming smile. Joone's Co worker was not feeling well & left alone taking up the responsibilities of taking orders ,cashier, food prep on the grill, re stocking and cleaning after her shift, just one person! Joon should be recognized not only for this wonderful job but the positive, smile she greeted the customers. Thank you!

Ordered a chicken philly without the bun and ask them to wrap my sandwich with lettuce and they said “we dont do that here” and then the food didn’t have any seasoning it tasted like nothing tbh

I was kind of looking forward to eating here, never tried the subs before. But when we ordered we specified what we wanted and what we didn’t want… When we got our subs both were wrong. Had asked for one plain with just bacon and chicken because I’m really picky (I heavily dislike vegetables) and the other without onions (she is allergic to onions). Both of them were given wrong and once we told the cook what the issue was he was instantly rude and made it seem as if it was our fault but we were specific when we ordered. But then again the cashier had his AirPods on when we were placing the order so maybe he didn’t listen correctly. The cashier offered to make our food again but messed up on our order again. The chicken teriyaki came out fine but for the simple one had cheese again, when we had specified to not add cheese.
