They served me at 8:58 and told me that they closed at 9. The cashier was very kind, they gave me the food without mushrooms, without paprika and even without cheese. I had to go ask for the mushrooms and they gave them to me reluctantly and they rolled my eyes.

I had the Old School Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it was perfect. Crusty bread, hot, delicious meat with onions (extra) and of course liquid cheese. Plus fries and soft drink. Preparation took 5 minutes. Pure take away counter. You can eat and sit in the food court in front of it.Parking: Endless parking spaces spread around the entire mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything easily accessible

A return of a milkshake was requested because it was not well prepared and did not taste good and the manager came alone to make the return without asking the customer why. That's not being a good manager. Terrible treatment.

Waste of money.I ordered lemonade with no ice the waiter gave me ice. I told her to take ice she threw half of the lemonade.She doesn't speak english.The meat was not cooked. I ordered the chicken sandwich. While eating I noticed it had bacon they don't cook separately.Better try a burger ?

The food is good but I can't ever eat at this restaurant again. One of the workers was a teenager, I assume, from his looks. He was in the bathroom when I was, and wearing his uniform tee. He walked out without washing his hands and thrity seconds later, he was serving food at the counter. This was a while ago, but On the gross meter, that is a perfect 10.

My daughter and her littleBrother were having a nice outing together when they went over to Charley’s. After the order, as my daughter was looking for seats, she inadvertently dropped her tray with all the food. She went back to the store to see if they can help her out in any manner and they stated that yes, they can make the food again, for a fee. I fully understand that it is a business and it needs to be taken care of, but man, the lack of simple compassion for someone who just paid and dropped their food, you can’t give them a hand? Really?
They stopped with the "to-go" containers and giving out dinning containers in bags. Cheap

I'm pretty sure they served me old chicken or like expired ranch but I have been puking and having diarrhea all night. Sadly I even got a fever from the food poisoning.
