The experience absolutely lives up to the hype and it came through big time exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is a vibe both inside and out. The tequila selection is the most extensive. The food was great — one of the best meals we’ve had. We ordered pretty much everything. The caviar tostadas are my favorite guilty pleasure. The Wagyu melts in your mouth, the Lobster is out of this world. The mini choco-tacos and churros bring you back to childhood. Looking forward to our next visit!!
I have been to Chateau ZZs a few times and always enjoyed the food and service. Not this time. Service was spotty, had to ask another waiter for my wine. He was clearly in over his head. In fact I asked another waiter for our check. If I didn't have to pay the mandatory 20% gratuity, I would have left a lot less. Food was good. Very noisy. I couldn't wait to leave.

Guacamole on point as always, snapper ceviche sauce scrumptious, shrimp entree excellent. sides always good. This place never fails. consistent in all aspects from parking staff to hostesses, servers, helpers, food quality and prep to departure.

Really great ambiance and quaint bar at the entrance and the dining room was amazing. The food quality was excellent and had been meaning to come to the restaurant and lived up to all of what friends have said.. Next Level.. Service was great as well.

It was one of the WORST dining experiences of our lives. It took hours to get our table, once we finally sat down we had to reach out to different employees to try and order at least an appetizer because we were starving at that point. The place is ridiculously loud. I'm not sure if it's the acoustics or the amount of young, rude people yelling over the loud music but it was INSANE. My $90 ribeye came cold, very cold and full of skin. I did not complain and ate it anyway because I just needed to eat by the time it arrived. They charge you for a water bottle per person even if you don't drink the water. The most absurd thing I've ever heard. The bathrooms are to be shared and don't even have paper towel nor toilet cover seats. I asked to be sat outside as there were plenty of open tables and was told no because they were expecting a large party and said “party” never arrived. I am sad I chose this restaurant to celebrate my significant other's birthday and it was terrible from start to finish. Worst! Place! Ever!

Set in a beautifully restored French revival style home. Hostess desk & waitstaff super friendly. No attitude here, whatsoever. Love the dark and sexy cocktail lounge - we never mind waiting for a table here, but if you arrive on time your table is usually ready. So go early and sit at the bar! The chicken verde is WOW & keeps us coming back!

We love Chateau ZZ's! Always excellent food, service and ambience, doing exactly what a restaurant needs to do. I had to remove a star off the final rating only because this time our business dinner with clients was in the beautiful conservatory which, on this evening in winter, was freezing cold! Multiple diners were sitting eating in their coats, or looking very uncomfortable and shivering. It affected our food and made it cold, which was a shame as it's so delicious. Hopefully the uncomfortable temperature situation in the conservatory room will be sorted soon. It doesn't seem easy to dine there during the cooler months/days. Other than this, still an excellent evening and definitely will return (to eat in the main dining area only).

First, let me say that we dine out frequently at very nice restaurants. I chose this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation and the stunning interior photos I saw online. We recently dined here as a family of three, and I am honestly confused by the excellent ratings.
The restaurant is a neat château-style space located off Brickell Avenue, so it is certainly unique. Parking is limited and valet is mandatory. The décor is pleasant but nothing particularly impressive, and I will say that the service was excellent.
Unfortunately, the meal itself did not live up to expectations. We ordered two filets and one branzino, and the bill was well over $1,000. For that price, the food was average at best. I do not feel the pricing is justified, nor would I return.
I understand that Miami dining is expensive, and we are always willing to pay for a great meal, but this experience was beyond comprehension for such an ordinary dining outcome. For the amount charged, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
