At first sight the place was beautiful, the bar and drinks good, but at dinner time they brought “frijoles” in a super hot metal plate and never told the plate was super hot, so I burned my fingers super bad, horrible experience. I can say they brought some cream to help the pain, but it was a bad service after all. The food came super fast all time. The flavor was not bad, but for me was a bad experience. Never come back

Had an amazing experience at Chateau ZZ! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, and the service was top-notch. Our server and busser were both so nice and gentle, making the evening even more enjoyable. My favorite appetizer was the Michelada oysters absolutely delicious! As for drinks, you have to try the spicy margarita and the dirty martini with tequila—both were an absolute 10/10. I’ll definitely be back for the horchata ice cream!

1/5 - Overpriced, Elitist, and Unbelievably Disappointing
I never write negative reviews(in fact if you see my review history I only leave 5 star reviews, and this is my first 1 start), but this disaster couldn't be ignored. We dropped $431 for two people, and the service was a complete joke. It felt like we were at a fast-food chain instead of what was supposed to be an upscale dining experience. Our waiter, Bashir, greeted us with a casual “okay, what do you want” as if we were ordering at a drive-thru. No explanation of the menu, no flexibility with any adjustments we politely requested—just straight-up dismissive.
To make matters worse, I expressed my frustration to a higher-up that I literally ran into in the bathroom. Guess what? Absolutely nothing was done. They didn’t care. This restaurant charges top dollar but offers zero service. It’s the definition of elitist and overpriced, and the bad reviews you see are absolutely true. Sure, Nema was great, but even she couldn’t make up for the overall disaster of this experience.
And here’s the kicker: the menu clearly states a mandatory 20% gratuity is automatically added, so we were forced to pay for Bashir’s awful attitude and poor service. No way out.
Honestly, this place is your typical Miami rip-off, riding on the back of an expensive location with no substance behind it. If you’re not a "member," they treat you like you're invisible. I watched Bashir give much better service to the tables around us, while we were left with indifference.
Yes, the food was good, but I don't go to a restaurant just for the food—I can cook great meals at home. I go for the experience, and this one left me deeply disappointed. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place like the plague unless you want to throw away hundreds for nothing more than a frustrating, overpriced evening.
Never going back. Take this as a warning.

This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The service is on point, the food is ridiculously delicious and the ambiance is amazing (and I’m a very picky-annoyance-of-a-customer!) 5 STARS!"

Our first time at this new restaurant was fantastic. We greatly enjoyed Nana and her knowledge of drink mixing and her PR involvement, she is proud of her restaurant,
you can tell, which is rare to find. Bashir, our head waiter was extremely attentive, elegant, and fun, with a keen eye for detail. His busslady and him made a great duo. He offered dish recommendations that were both tasty and clever a perfect introduction for a first night. We also had a tour of the club, which truly inspired us, thank you. Overall, we had a wonderful evening at Chateau ZZ, even with the pouring rain! The atmosphere was very welcoming, with a nice, home feel with a casa tua glimpse , elegant crowd . It felt special. Thank you.

Went out for a celebratory meal last night. Ambiance was great, service was great, but the fact that my husband and I got food poisoning last was AWFUL! Not what I expected from restaurant of this quality. They have no phone number posted to discuss, either.
Extremely disappointed

The best new restaurant in Brickell in my opinion. The atmosphere is so cool right when you pull up in your car. The building looks like a mini castle with walk ways, garden seating and impressive landscaping throughout. The color green shines throughout the entire inside of the restaurant- from the super cool and trendy bar to the glass atrium dining room that has green frames around the glass and a green chandelier.
The food is tremendous and the service was well done. Started with the coconut snapper ceviche, freshly made guacamole, and truffle wagyu tostada. Surprisingly, each were super light and flavorful. The guacamole and ceviche was so fresh. The wagyu was rich and flavorful and the tostada gave a great crunch and texture to each bite. For entrees we got the lamb chops (must have), the ribeye and the sea bass. The lamb chops were the best piece of meat I’ve had in 2024. The juiciness, the flavor, the fat was just right, the temperature was just right, and the way that it was prepared was unlike any lamb chops I’ve had before. It came with fresh cilantro and a rich sauce which was flavorful and refreshing. The ribeye came sliced with pineapple in between which was a nice change of pace to a typical steak, especially when adding adobo sauce on it. The sea bass was just okay, not sure if it was because we had such flavorful meats along with it.
We ended the dinner with their homemade vanilla ice cream and churros paired with caramel and chocolate dipping sauce. Again, the churros were so light and airy but was so flavorful. I preferred the caramel sauce but the combination of the creamy vanilla icecream was a must. This restaurant is a must if you have not been here.
Vegetarian options: Majority of the menu has protein
Parking: Valet or uber is the best course of action
Kid-friendliness: Tight dining room and very flavorful food that most kids wouldn’t not be able to handle

I don't think I've ever had an experience in Miami like the TERRIBLE one I had at Chateau ZZs. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. I can tell the service is focused on members so if you're not a member don't bother.
I showed up 30 minutes early to my reservation and we sat at the bar. We had a wonderful experience at the bar and the bartenders took great care of us. My husband went to the desk three times to ask about our table and we were finally seated 10 mins after our reservation time although there were several empty seats.
10 minutes later, we asked the attendant for water since no one came to our table. 20 minutes later we were able to order (wagyu, rice, peppers and spinach) pretty simple. After 30 minutes of waiting for the meal, I asked the server where our food was and she responded with "Your steak is resting." At this point, I was ready to leave because wagyu takes 5 minutes to cook.
The steak finally came out cold and the sides a few minutes later. We left after waiting 90 minutes for steak, rice, peppers and spinach. The servers need additional training and/or assistance because the experience was so bad. I will not be returning.
I forgot to mention that our food allergy was documented in our reservation, I told the server and they still brought out tortilla chips that were fried in the same oil as our allergen. Thank God I paid attention and asked before eating.
