Since we arrived the waiters keep rushing and serve everything together that the table was full of food instead of leaving one dish at a time . At the end a person from the restaurant approach us and wanted us to leave because he wanted to use the table for other people . Very rude . We are not going there any more and we already told people not to go go to that place .

Beautiful place, the ambiance, service everything was good.Delicious food and great selection of margaritas. Appetizers and lobster from the main menu were pretty tasty and flavorful,I didn’t like desserts as much, although my partner enjoyed it.Overall 5 star experience.Thank you, will be back.

Lobster fideo was fantastic, tostadas were quite good, lamb was nice, but the Branzino was fishy and the other dishes weren’t notable. Corn cocktail was great though.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great. Cocktails (margaritas particularly) were great. Guacamole was best I’ve had and the steaks (which you make tacos with) was unique and I enjoyed it. Loved how they didn’t use too much raw onions. Would return.

Our party of three had a 10:30 reservation. We arrived on time but had to wait in the cramped bar area for 30 minutes. After being seated our waitress informed us that some items were not available. Mostly everything that was a non-meat entree was not available, which was an issue for us because we don't eat meat. We decided to stay ( which I now regret) because we were starving and it was late. We had appetizers and sides. The Spicy tuna tostado was excellent. Everything else was average at best. Im' already irritated but almost exploded when we get the tab and realize we had been charged $27.00 for water. We did elect to have distilled water, but were not given a bottle and our glasses were filled as needed, but I'm sure our consumption was equal to one bottle or less. The waitress agreed to take it off as soon as I mentioned it, but I felt scammed. She informed me the price was per person and not per bottle, which we should have been informed of immediately upon being seated. Overall the restaurant is overprices, cramped and ill prepared for the crowd they had. The service was average but the tip is automatically put on your bill at 20%. The incentive for good service is a big tip. I will never go back.

Didn't have high expectations of this place based on some of the reviews but the food was outstanding!!! Very pricey for the portions but everything we got was so flavorful. Especially loved the octopus, tomato watermelon salad and the fish

For a gorgeous place with really good food and energy, the server we had was very unprofessional. I understand that you are waiting on multiple tables on a Friday night but from the random comments about not drinking our cocktails to turning away and no eye contact when coming to the table, Bechir really made this experience an unpleasant one. When paying a premium to go to a nice dinner, this is unacceptable. If we had another waiter this may have been a different experience, but with the one we had I truly do not recommend this restaurant for that reason. On a positive note the assistant wait staff was very sweet and even provided fresh tortillas for our left overs.Mexican Caesar and NY strip are a must.Wait staff is an important part to the vibe of the restaurant and if they are unfriendly and unkind that makes a world of a difference.

I'm baffled by the bad reviews and I am a tough customer. This place avoided all of the usual Miami issues - polite and friendly hostess, nice lounge while you wait for your table, and very friendly and efficient service. Those things are hard to come by, especially in Brickell! On to the food and drinks. Enjoyed a delicious margarita and loved the dishes. Shrimp cocktail made me feel like I was back in Mexico, loved the ham and egg tostada, albondigas were not overcooked and were rich in a delicious sauce, loved the salad and beans. Had a few others but those were the tops. Service was so kind and attentive and the atmosphere on an early evening was relaxed. Will be back!

Incredibly beautiful and warm space. Drinks were on point, and the food is something that stands out. Best guacamole Ive ever had, however its not a traditional one! With herbs and flavors that truly stand out. David, one of the employees, was so extremely friendly and welcoming, he showed us around the restaurant and told us more about the company. That is a different level of hospitality. Would happily be back.

HONEST REVIEW: CHATEAU ZZ's - Major Food Group's first Mexican restaurant located on Brickell Avenue.DECOR - 10/10 felt as if I was in Europe and not in Miami. Every room was stunning top to bottom.FOOD - 8/10 as the menu is a bit pricey. Dishes such as the coconut snapper ceviche were a miss for me. Yet, I would definitely order again the lobster tostadas, sweet corn elote, & shrimp tacos.DRINKS - 8/10 I ordered the watermelon margarita which I loved. Good cocktail selection.
