Whenever I order food, they never get it right, there are always missing products and when you ask for some sauce they tell you that your food doesn't need sauce, it's outrageous, they never do their job well and even less at night, apart from all that, they treat you badly.

It's freakin' Checkers. The junk food is decadently tasty but the customer service is abysmal. It's south Florida. Of course the customer service is terrible down here. Just go for the food and try to ignore the apathetic interactions and lifeless stares coming from the uneducated monkeys working behind the counter and you'll be ok.

This is the first time I have been at a Checkers in such a long time, and the taste wasn't as good as I remember. Im so tired of employees with such attitude when it's not warranted. Customers with attitude will cost companies money. I stopped going to 4 so far where I live just this past month and will keep adding more to the list. I will not waste another cent on any establishment where ppl have no customer service.

We went there at 9:59am today, we waited u til 10:02 am. I ordered #8 and my friend a #1. Plus 4 Apple pies.alnost $26 . I burned my mouth and hand with the apple. NO NAPKINS, BAD ATTITUDE. NEVER AGAIN...but their French fries always excellent.
Danyale customer service is atrocious. She tells me they’re only selling 1-10 combos at 4:45 pm on a Saturday… makes no sense. When all I wanted was a 2 for 6 spicy double. So I settle for a spicy chicken just the sandwich. She charges me and after 5 mins she tell me to park next to the drive through in a tight space. I chose not to. She said if I don’t park I don’t get my food because she on a timer and the chicken was cooking I told her that’s not my problem spicy chicken should be stocked up ready to go then she refunded my money. Owners should be embarrassed of all of their workers. As a former employee it is unacceptable to park a car for one sandwich.. CLEAN HOUSE ASAP

Horrible horrible customer service. After I was given old stale food by these 2 Daniella and Magdalena. They proceeded to call the police on me. I initially asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t get my money back because there was no manger. They had me standing there for 45 minutes. And when the manager finally arrived after the police came she didn’t even asked me what happened she just said I wasn’t allowed back. Please don’t eat here. Spend your hard earn money else where. This place is the epitome of ghetto.

Waiting 45 minutes for my order. They told me to park to the side because it was a big order (4 combos). I went to the window at the 30-minute mark to ask for a refund, and they told me the burgers were almost done, but I still waited 15 more minutes. Also, they didn't provide a receipt, which I find very odd. Both ladies attending were dragging their feet.
